Went in 2 separate days with the same order and received the wrong order twice. The first time, it was remade without issue, but the second time I told the worker I received a coffee instead of chai, and she had an attitude and said it wasn't coffee + she knew because she just made it. I told her I know what coffee tastes like and that it was obviously a dark coffee color, which led to her remaking it. Lo and behold I received a pale colored chai after that. Didn't appreciate the attitude since my drink looked and tasted wrong, and I had to be stern to receive what I actually ordered.

I just went through the drive thru, I’m not familiar with te coffee selection. I asked the young lady to recommend something not too sweet with a little chocolate. She was so friendly, and I have now found a great tasting cold coffee that I will continue to order. My order #9200. Your drive thru server was awesome.

If I could leave 0 starts I would Management has went down hill fast. With the new gm he doesn't care about anyone or anything. Had the nerve to say something to me threatening to cut my hours if I'm late again bc I was late only 2 times since we've opened and not to mention I haven't called out at all but yea cut my hours bc I was late twice and accused me of stealing money from the drawer even though he left it with 10 dollars missing out of it but yet I mess them up. He does not know the first thing about Management period.

This place use to be amazing until management changed the employees are now treated less than people and are constantly harassed by the manager even keeping staff on the clock after they hurt themselves

Unfortunately didn’t see the dead bug smashed in my donut box until after I’d eaten them. Ew. Also, I ordered on the app and they didn’t have what I ordered, but instead of asking what I’d like to replace it they just decided themselves.
