Ryan and Chloe were so nice and willing to help me find the perfect coffee for me. The omelette bites are also delicious. It was absolutely delicious and the management and staff has really been great since the last time I came which was last year. I will be coming back!

Every single time I go (only when I get gifted a card because of this very reason) the whole staff is rude and has told me straight to my face they will not make my drink how I order it. I ask for cream in all my sparkling waters and was told they will not do it because they don’t know if I like it and they don’t want to take the drink back if I don’t. I wouldn’t be ordering it that way if I didn’t like it.

My food was messed up 4 different times!!! 4? Like seriously? Then my friend ordered food and everyone went into the back nobody was even to be seen it took over 10 minutes to get!!! I’ve worked at dunkin even this one and this is just ridiculous!
Southern Living magazine mentioned this Dunks in a piece in its March 2025 issue. Glad to see it is apparently still up and running in Jacksonville! I love Dunkin' Donuts. Happy for your community that you have one.
