Went to Isshin’s after getting off of work one day, I took it as a to-go & went on my merry way. I get home & am eating & realize there is a wrapper submerged in my crab cream cheese wonton, I returned to the restaurant in hopes to get a refund. The woman who I assume was the manager had a rude demeanor asking what was wrong, I explained. She tried to explain that it wasn’t nasty that it was sanitary. I then go on to say I didn’t want anything non-edible in my food, she refused to give a refund & insisted on a credit. With this incident in mind, I had no plans on coming back. She then insisted I get them remade, I declined. So, she was forced to go to her last option, a refund. I hope that this review doesn’t feature you from going but raises awareness to the restaurant to be more careful when preparing food .
