I usually don’t speak my mind about a business because I’m a business owner myself, and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt.
We dined out the other night and waited a longgg time for our food then for the server to admit that she forgot to ring our order up.. still gave her a $20 tip, we know stuff happens because I used to serve.
However, Jefferson’s in Jacksonville, I would like to say something. I got a cheese steak. My husband wanted a cheeseburger.. well done.. as you can see on the order. He helped me eat half of my Philly cheesesteak, and then sat down to eat his cheeseburger, took a bite and saw that it was raw on the inside. . Started gagging about threw up. While he was getting himself together, I took it back down to Jeffersons.
Girl, I didn’t get her name brown hair pulled back in a clip wearing a ball cap . Acted like it was an inconvenience for me to bring it back.. I showed her the order on my phone and she took my phone with my whole wallet back to the kitchen. She was gone for a good minute, so I went back there and asked for my phone back .
Then I had to wait like 10 minutes for I guess the manager to come out and look at my order again and tell me that she would give me my $15 back for the burger. She handed me the cash and half hearted said “sorry about that.”
We will never go back there, and this is your warning in case you decide to go there.

We always love coming back to my husband's alma mater for Homecoming every year at Jacksonville State from Augusta GA and always have to stop by Jefferson's and eat we always have had great food and great service. Tonight we came in and sat down and waited about 10 minutes. No one came to our table so we left and came back 35 minutes later and got waited on this time and my buffalo chicken wrap and my onion rings were the best as always. I cannot say this for my husband's chicken tenders they were burnt the first time, and then the second time they were like rubber and no one could eat them if they tried. We were told that no refund could be given or anything else could be done. My husband went back to our hotel tonight hungry thanks to Jefferson’s for a ruined homecoming weekend we will be back to see Jacksonville State play football again but we will not however ever step foot inside your establishment here in Jacksonville ever again.

It has a fun atmosphere for a college town, but that's about it. The food is bland, and it takes forever to get. It's also overpriced for what you get.

Flies all over the inside of the building had to keep shooing them. Got a Cesar salad as a side with no dressing and couldn't get the waitress to give us 2 seconds to ask for the dressing she came to the table 2 times once to bring drinks the other to bring food had to get other waitresses to get refills she spent a majority of the time we were there standing along the wall chatting with coworkers the dining room was fairly empty so idk what the issues were tonight
