Terrible service tonight! Sat there for an hour before we had to walk out. The waitress said when there isn't a "cook manager" around the cook's won't do what they are supposed to....tisk tisk tisk.

It was okay... I got 10 piece peppered wings and the queso bacon loaded fries( which is an appetizer) the wings are great the fries were mediocre at best. For one there were barely any fries, maybe 10 to 12 fries like 7 tiny pieces of bacon and the queso cheese was hard on the fries so they were kind of soggyish by the time I got to them.Wasn't worth $28 bucks that's for sure!

I have only been to one other Jefferson's location (Rockmart, GA) and this one seems to be quite a bit older and smaller. They were clearly short-staffed, turning down multiple phone orders for takeout food. They were busy but the staff remained helpful and attentive despite the lack of help. The food was kind of standard bar fare. The fried shrimp had a taste of old grease and the hush puppies were over cooked, but still edible. Mac & cheese was unremarkable. Doubt if I will return for a second meal unfortunately.

Last time I ate here, I ordered boneless wings, and they were so salty they weren't edible.
My husband and I don't go out to eat much; we like to cook at home. But, he wanted to order some double dipped wings to go before watching a football game. I ordered the shrimp basket. His wings were good and hot. But my shrimp were horrible. Very tiny, overcooked, and tough. Definitely not worth $12 for the basket.

The one in Jacksonville alabama is awesome all the way around.the one in rockmart and Trenton is the worse food and service I've ever gotten.weve been to all of them and notice that the more corporate they become the sorrier they get.leave them alone to do what they do the way they do it and put your customers first and your dollar last.and by the way,I retired from food management and I know what is going on so keep your excuses to yourself,you are to blame.

Do not order anything from here thru DoorDash. Jefferson’s of Jacksonville does not care for you. They let you know real quick that even though they messed up your order they don’t give you refunds or credit. My order of 15 wings was missing 10 of the wings. My ultimate fries didn’t have anything on them except a little cheese and bacon pieces. Not the extra things I ordered and paid for
