Second time ordering from here. First was delivery and today I picked it up. Not a fan. Bread was hard and mostly stale both times. No seasoning on either sandwich? Cashier took filthy cash from customers wearing his food prep gloves and then proceeded to go make food! Never again! And the "Use by" date on my Oatmeal Raisin cookie was FEB 24th 2024!! Really? You'll still sell it to a customer if it sits for 8 more months!?!?

I love Jimmy John's sub sandwiches along with their big pickles! Very filling and tasty! My only complaint would be they do not offer soup. I love a good soup with my sandwich! But that being said, I still will frequent this establishment because the quality is there. I prefer their taste over Subway any day! It's always fresh!

I had a Vito with all the fixings and a drink and jalapeno chips. It was delicious. The seasoning and vinaigrette dressing already on it was so delicious that I didn't even use the included mustard. The jalapeno chips complimented the sandwich perfectly. The service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

Please do yourselves a favor and get your sandwiches from Jimmy Johns and NOT Subway in Jacksonville, AL. Subway's employees are rude and the food is definitely not high quality. Jimmy Johns will treat you right and you know your food will be high quality. There's a reason that Subway is in financial straights right now. It's not all because of the pandemic.
