Let me just first start off by saying this is coming from someone that has around 9+ years experience in the culinary industry…Service: I’m only saying the service is good because each time that I have been the servers that were actually working were super nice!Food: Starting off with the Appetizer, we got the garlic knots which are kinda like rolls not knots…burnt on the bottom to the point that were hard. They come with Alfredo sauce which I immediately sent back to the kitchen, the Alfredo sauce looked like old burnt throw up and as if someone had urinated in it from the amount of separated butter that was in it. Which we were told by the owner it was made today…I’ve made Alfredo 20,000 plus times it shouldn’t look like that at all…This caused us to change our entire order because everything we got was Alfredo. After that our food came out one at a time with me and my wife getting our food and our 3 year old waiting a whole extra 20 mins just for spaghetti…When we got our second plate of entree type food only then our second appetizer came out which was only fries, brown gravy and cheese if I can even call it that because it was honestly a sad excuse to even call it a dish…Calzone: Super greasy to the point it was inedible.Philly: Burnt meat, rock hard bread and soggy friesWhile eating there I even noticed the owner in the kitchen even cooking, but that’s not the bad part about that it’s the fact he was wearing flip flops and a shirt that barely even covered his stomach…You’d think with the owner being in the kitchen the food would come out amazing, but I see that they have absolutely zero passion for food or the desire to serve even decent food to the people that are willing to eat there. The owner even decided to get on to/yell at the only server there about food that had gotten thrown away…I was really hoping to have a nice local place to eat at, but I will say we will never be returning to this establishment…

Truly amazing, I was hesitant when they took over from romas but the food is so good and Katie is super helpful and great with kids. Better than any stupid franchise and they have a nice atmosphere. Plus the owner is cool and approachable.

The pizza are so thin, tasteless and burnt even the garlic knots too… but that’s not the first time we eat there.. it’s getting worse and worse every time we order there but never improved.. now we won’t eat there anymore. Very disappointed. $37 for these pizza and garlic knots, will you eat like that? … To owner, please take care of your business and get improve asap. We did love your foods right after you opened. Now it’s downhill.

I ordered two Alfredo pizzas, when they came out the Alfredo sauce was so thin you couldn’t taste it. One pizza had flour caked on the bottom while the other was burnt.. The gentleman who delivered it was nice I believe his name was David ? I asked for two replacement pizzas, he was quick to take them back and refused to take my money until my ordered was fixed. When I received my pizzas you could tell someone was irritated that they had to replace them. They were not symmetrical nor were they made correctly. I order Alfredo, chicken, bacon, and onion. There were no onions on the pizzas that were remade. I’m highly disappointed about the pizza. I’ve previously had fries from this place and they were great but the pizza was not worth the money. From what I heard, the owner was in charge of the kitchen tonight so that should tell you something about the establishment.. David was over worked and ran thin. Maybe if they had more workers I would’ve had a better experience. Who knows. I hope they figure out the kinks because I most likely won’t be back.

Mongo’s Pizza is awesome. Personally, we will only order from them, from now on. Their 10” pizzas are amazing, especially when you get it with the white wedding sauce instead of the traditional pizza sauce! The customer service is out of this world and the atmosphere is fantastic. Seriously I was doubtful about trying it, but my son insisted and now, we are hooked!

The food is great but when I was there I saw several mice in the restaurant and promptly left as quick as possible.

The food was great and the server was friendly but there was a bit of gnats flying around. Not sure if we would come back, guess we’ll see.
