Literally the worst pizza we have ever eaten 😩😩😩 horrible quality, most of it was overcooked, bread sticks were hard as a brick and the pizza itself was sloppily and carelessly thrown together , toppings were MINIMAL to the point that it was just mostly bread and sauce.

I ordered food for delivery from pizza hut it showed up on time but the delivery driver got an attitude because he didn't get a tip so I won't be spending my money at that lo ation anymore

Wanted to give a review after witnessing a friend receive bad service from here—like REALLY bad. My friend tried to order food for delivery on the app but the app wasn’t working, so she called this Pizza Hut to order over the phone. A guy answered & she explained that the app wasn’t working but she wanted to place an order, his response was “well I don’t know what to tell you about that, I don’t think we have anything to do with the app” & proceeded to find a manager. She told him it was okay & asked if she could just order over the phone, & he said yes. He starts taking her order & as she’s ordering, he’s asking questions like “is that a deal we have?” & just generally seemed very confused. Mid-order, he goes to find someone else to take over the phone/order. She has to repeat the order again. Then after giving him her card info, the guy on the phone starts sounding confused/anxious, saying that sometimes it doesn’t work good or something may be wrong with it. She asks him if he could repeat it back to her (talking about the card info) & he repeats how sometimes the thing doesn’t seem to work. At this point, I’m not sure if he went & got someone else to help or take over or what, but eventually someone speaks up again & is reviewing her order—but they get it WRONG. So she corrects them, now repeating her order for the 3rd time & has to repeat her card info again. It was almost laughable how terrible this went, but as it continued with all the issues & having to repeat everything multiple times, it was mind-blowing to me how poorly trained the employees on the phone seemed as far as taking orders by phone.

Somebody at this Pizza Hut made the most delicious supreme pizza I’ve ever had on March 11, 2025 around 7 pm. I wish I could personally thank and tip this person.
I would rate this place as a 5, but it’s not consistent unfortunately. However, sometimes they really get it right (like last night).

The Chicago Tavern Pizza is tasty! It's all we order now! The staff is always friendly and professional. We only order from Pizza Hut. Highly recommend!
