Wanted to give a review after witnessing a friend receive bad service from hereâlike REALLY bad. My friend tried to order food for delivery on the app but the app wasnât working, so she called this Pizza Hut to order over the phone. A guy answered & she explained that the app wasnât working but she wanted to place an order, his response was âwell I donât know what to tell you about that, I donât think we have anything to do with the appâ & proceeded to find a manager. She told him it was okay & asked if she could just order over the phone, & he said yes. He starts taking her order & as sheâs ordering, heâs asking questions like âis that a deal we have?â & just generally seemed very confused. Mid-order, he goes to find someone else to take over the phone/order. She has to repeat the order again. Then after giving him her card info, the guy on the phone starts sounding confused/anxious, saying that sometimes it doesnât work good or something may be wrong with it. She asks him if he could repeat it back to her (talking about the card info) & he repeats how sometimes the thing doesnât seem to work. At this point, Iâm not sure if he went & got someone else to help or take over or what, but eventually someone speaks up again & is reviewing her orderâbut they get it WRONG. So she corrects them, now repeating her order for the 3rd time & has to repeat her card info again. It was almost laughable how terrible this went, but as it continued with all the issues & having to repeat everything multiple times, it was mind-blowing to me how poorly trained the employees on the phone seemed as far as taking orders by phone.

Somebody at this Pizza Hut made the most delicious supreme pizza Iâve ever had on March 11, 2025 around 7 pm. I wish I could personally thank and tip this person.
I would rate this place as a 5, but itâs not consistent unfortunately. However, sometimes they really get it right (like last night).

The Chicago Tavern Pizza is tasty! It's all we order now! The staff is always friendly and professional. We only order from Pizza Hut. Highly recommend!
I ordered a large Pizza and some Spaghetti. Instead of Spaghetti, I was given something I couldn't recognize and the Pizza tasted awful. I didn't like the taste of any of the food so after one bite I threw all of it into the garbage.

I waited an hour and a half after the time given to me on my email, the whole time I was there they focused on delivery orders and not the carry out , no one at the front desk , several people were being ignored by the employees and to top it off when someone decided to help everyone in the lobby I was told my orders hasn't even been started on , so I just asked for my money back . ( There were like 10 ) employees working the whole time I waited. (. I Called Domino's Pizza and got my order correctly and under 10 minutes best Pizza I ever had )

Literally the worst pizza we have ever eaten đ©đ©đ© horrible quality, most of it was overcooked, bread sticks were hard as a brick and the pizza itself was sloppily and carelessly thrown together , toppings were MINIMAL to the point that it was just mostly bread and sauce.
