We pulled in and ordered 1 philly cheesesteak, #3 with no cheese, no tomatoes w/ a sweet tea, chili cheese fries, cheese sticks and water. After 30 minutes and seeing three other cars pull in, order and receive their orders, my husbands pushed the button to inquire about our order. “What can we get started for you that?” My husband replied, “you should already have something started for us, it said several minutes ago Jada was bringing our order.” Before he could finish speaking, the little girl said, “We’re short staffed, we’ll have it out as soon as we can.” CLICK. No “sorry for the wait. . . “ or “thank you for your patience. . . “ - your short-staffing is not the customers problem. A little polite customer service will go a long way in ensuring customers return or give good reviews.

We pulled in there was about six vehicles there,we ordered two #3 with tots and a coke. While we waited for our food several cars pulled in on each side of us got their food and left,when the sign said our food was being delivered we still waited about 10 minutes before the car hop brought our food, the tots were not even warm they're usually to hot to eat right away and the burger felt like it just came out of the fridge it was so cold. The car hop told us sorry we just got extremely busy, no they didn't she was the only car hop we saw. I came in the week before and ordered two corn dogs and they tasted horrible. I won't be back to order food again only drinks.

We pulled up to sonic about 12 a.m. with 4 to 5 cars at sonic, they said “welcome to sonic how can we help” then before ordering anything, the little girl said, “if your ordering it’s going to be a long wait” so I replied well can I order, “ her reply was “have a nice day” that’s not customer service and we are not happy. Whoever is running the show needs to get it together. This isn’t professional.

Yall are either understaffed or forgetful. I sat for 30 minutes after ordering 2 milkshakes with nothing to show for it. I hope y’all get better customer service than you gave me tonight.
Came in and my husband order us 2 of their double bacon cheese burgers for $17.36 mine was with lettuce and his was with out we did not order tot or fries. They got his order wrong since they didn't put his bacon on his sandwich. So we sent it back and had to wait for them to fix his burger. Afte 15 minutes It came down to I had to walk to the door to get someone's attention and asked for his burger, which I watch the young man walk over and inquire about the burger which had been place on a rack and was forgotten about. Having to wait that long I expected to have a whole new burger made but no they placed bacon on his burger. I'm highly disappointed with the service that we were giving. I have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years. The service is unsatisfactory.
