I’m a Starbucks lover I go there probably 4 max a week . And Everytime I go there they always have smile on the workers face . But today for some reason one of them has smile on them . Idk the workers name . But all I’m saying is yes is my fault to mess the drink up but I literally said I will pay more if needed . And I ask to replace both cold drinks to venti and give me damn tall? And didn’t even give me my 5 bucks sandwich. And I didn’t even say anything they just closed the window on me . I’m not trying to be mean or anything. But this is the 3rd time in a row that happened on me . Before is messing the drink up which I don’t really mind . But this time is a sandwich. Yes I know is not much but that damn thing is almost damn 6 bucks . I could get 2 drinks almost for 6 bucks anywhere else . I know Starbucks is expensive. But I love it there because yalls service and drinks . But not anymore. I won’t go to yall no more unless I had to . I know yall probably mad or not happy had to do refund but I know is not first time yall did this . So pls at least have smile on your face . Yall ruined the business that I come to yall now . I don’t feel sorry at all . This is how yall lose customers.

I’ve never had anything but wonderful experiences at any Starbucks, but this one really stood out to me today. My peppermint white mocha was wonderful, as always, but the customer service was above and beyond. Tammy was so sweet! You can tell that she truly loves her job and loves people by the way she treats everyone who walks in. So friendly, bubbly, helpful, and kind 💕

Not a coffee drinker, personally, but I am ABSOLUTELY in love with the Iced Green Tea with no ice, of course, AND the Spiced Apple Cider. They are both AMAZINGLY good! This location is always friendly and SUPER efficiently fast! Nice place to sip and chill or grab a quick drink to-go on your way through town, or in or out of town for that matter!

I went through the drive through this morning pretty dehydrated Feeling sick to my stomach and stopped here because it was the closest thing to me, As I pulled up, the lady asked what I would like. I said I would like a large iced water please. She said I’m sorry, but that requires a purchase and I kindly said well ma’am. I will just pay for the water. I just need an ice water please she said ma’am, we don’t charge for water. So I was like OK well, then why can I not just have a water and she said because I have to purchase something to get a water? That is the craziest policy ever Starbucks. You really need to do better. (Never got my water)
The best Starbucks location imo. Those shaken espressos stay crispy! Everyone is always so nice. Destiny, Santi, Alex, Haley, Luisa… all of the workers here deserve a raise for the slay customer service!!
