They had a mix of online orders and in person orders and only prioritized in person orders so I didn't get my order until 50 minutes later. Then someone else grabbed it even though I told them my name. Then proceeded to try to make my sandwich after I verbally said I wanted a refund.

I used a coupon for a Footlong sub for $6.99. They guyrang it up as $13.74. I showed him the coupon once again, and I asked why. He pointed at a sign on the wall, saying a six inch sub as a meal was $6.99. So I asked him if I could make it a meal since he was charging me $13.74 for the meal. He finally said yes and still took my coupon. I then asked if I could get the drink in a bottle. He said no. I could only get the fountain drink with the meal. I told him I would pay extra for the bottle. He said no, again, you must get a fountain drink. I finally gave up. English is obviously not his first language. The worst, check out experience that I have ever experienced.

They must be under new management. The man and woman working could barely understand us. First they put sauce on my husband's sandwich that he wanted in a cup. Then they double charged us for double meat, they changed $13.20 instead of $6.60 for double meat on two footlong's. It took forever to get them to understand that they owed me money back. We have been going to this Subway at least once a week for several months because they were the most consistent fast food restaurant in Jacksonville and for the most part their employees were great. If you decide to go, make sure to check your receipt.

Horrible experience won’t be back if the same crew is there! Must be new! Had to repeat myself several times because they couldnt understand me. The food area was horrible. Everything had everything in it. Old lettuce and very wilted spinach! Asked for fresh spinach and was told it was! Food pieces were all over everything. Got cookies they had to have been there all day. And he used the same gloves he used to make my sandwiches and whoever else’s to grab the cookies. Food was all over his gloves now on the cookies that were hard as a rock( never had any other than very soft cookies). I only purchased because I’m not that kind of person to do that but I won’t be back because it was filthy! Obviously did not eat my meal!

This one lady needs to get fired, I didn't get her name, I'm not sure if she's the manager or team leader, but she has big unnecessary attitude, like why, I didn't specifically asked her to make my sandwich, she really don't need to be working there.

We need the names of the 2 chunky ladies they seem to be the main problems for everyone.

Sunday 6/1/2025 at lunch time, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches for me and my children. The young man working was very polite. The two women working were less than pleasant and had bad attitudes, clearly not customer service attitudes. They seemed to be irritated that they had to finish making the sandwiches. I got to the register and they told me the total was $49. I was shocked that 3 sandwiches were so much, I was going to make 2 of them meals but opted not to. They were trying to rush me to pay, when I asked how much everything cost because I was still shocked at the total. I’ve never spent that much at subway for the same order, other locations. So they both got smart with me about using the app, and how the deals on the app don’t apply to in store. Ok great. I said “that’s crazy” so the chunky brunette women looked at her friend working with her behind the counter in front of me and said “Nicky, stop making the prices so expensive”. So I told her “you don’t have to be a smart butt, $49 for 3 sandwiches is expensive”. She said “it is but we don’t make the prices”. So I told her “no one said you did, but when you make a smart comment it becomes a problem for you.” She then told me “have a good day”.
I am far from a “Karen” and have NEVER done a Google review on any establishment. These two women DO NOT need to be in customer service. I’m appalled at how they treated paying customers.

I haven’t been here for MONTHS because of the attitude that is constantly here. Today I got out of class and decided to go to Subway. The food was as good as subway food is. I thought there would be new staff or that the old staff would have better attitudes. 2/3 of the employees there were nicer. Still a little rude but not as bad. The third person who was working meats was absolutely rude. She was slapping food down on the counter, slamming the oven, not acknowledging people standing right in front of her, and just verbally rude. She was the first person customers had to speak to today. I was already having a bad day and when she spoke to me I had to bite my tongue. If you don’t want to be at work then quit or find somewhere else to work. We all have bad days but every single day? Especially when you’re working with the public? I guess I won’t be there again for another few months if I even go back at all.

I went there after work today and ordered 2 footlong sandwiches. Both sandwiches were made. When the lady went to put them in the bag there was only 1. Another woman had taken it and put it somewhere with another order. She looked for it and finally got it out of a bag and said it was put on another ticket. I asked if it was the right one. She looked offended that I asked and said yes. Well, I should have opened it and looked. Because when I got home it was nowhere near what I ordered. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

I was treated HORRIBLY in this location today. From the first interaction with a particular employee who was rude, and I initially did not realize that she was being condescending. I asked about the difference between the Italian BMT and the Ultimate BMT and she stated they no longer carried the former, and the difference was there was extra provolone. I then ordered the Ultimate BMT and requested American cheese to be added as well. I paid as they were making the sandwich and as I moved over to add toppings, I noticed there was NOT the added cheese as requested. I asked if it was added and the other employee who added the meats said nothing but reached over and lifted the meat to show the cheese underneath. I did see that layer and asked if there was the one I asked for and the lady adding the toppings rudely said "It's right there" I proceeded to order the toppings and when it was done, I looked at my receipt to see the $1.39 upcharge for the American cheese (in addition to the provolone). I stated I was asking because I was charged for this and did not get it. She snatched the sandwich back from the employee at the register and flopped the sandwich down and grabbed cheese and roughly stuffed it onto the sandwich.

I was trying to say never mind because there were three other customers at that time and she LOUDLY said, "You didn't ask me to check for TRIPLE cheese" and I said the menu says Provolone x2 and the added American was the extra charge and she continued to loudly say back to me that I didn't ask for TRIPLE cheese and other argumentative statements. This was very embarrassing and the person at the register heard my request and subsequently charged me for it, but she continued to argue that I did not say that.

If there were no other customers, I would have asked for a refund due to the severely rude treatment that I was subjected to. I was considering this as I was getting my drink, and she continued making loud and snide comments to the other girl "How dare you forget the cheese" and other rude comments in front of the other customers who were waiting to order. I was going to go back and get a refund, but I did not want the confrontation as I had been severely embarrassed already.

I did not even want the sandwich after this altercation.

I have never been treated so badly in a Subway EVER. I am sharing this experience so people in the area are aware of the unprofessional staff at the Jacksonville Subway.
