The Jacksonville Taco Bell screws up drive thru orders 50%of the time on large orders of 10 or more items. Left out 2 items and the sauce was covered in dried on sauce and stuck in a ball of nasty dried up sauce.
Excellent vegetarian protein bowl. I recommend adding chicken, holding the sour cream and ranch sauce, and adding guacamole a surprisingly healthy meal!

I gave the company Taco Bell 2 star, not this specific one. When it first opened a few years ago it was terrific, but like all customer service facilities, time makes people complacent and careless. I used the drive-through, so I can’t complain about the service this stop and there were no issues. But have you seen the size of the nacho Bell grande lately?? I don’t know when this happened but it’s the size of a nacho supreme but a dollar more than the grande used to be five years ago. I don’t know when this change took place as I haven’t gotten a bra grande in quite awhile, but Taco Bell is starting to become a bad place to eat for the money. You are better off paying five dollars more per meal and going to a genuine Mexican restaurant. I paid $10 for bel grande meal, YIKES! In picture, I put my own onions on bc they quit doing that too. In the 80’s and 90’s, they used to be delicious.

skimmpy on everything but the lettuce and the sour cream tastes like its went bad. Ate there a few different times this wk and the sour cream still tastes bad.
