I may be biased because I love taco bell, but it's something about when my crunchy taco is actually crunchy and not slapped together that makes me like this taco bell.

Most of the time service is okay. Theres a guy with a black beard that does his job very well. He's personable, nice, and quick. However, theres a girl with purple hair who im assuming is a new hire… they have not trained her at all. She doesn't know how to work the online orders or reward system at all. Im not gonna assume its her fault I imagine she hasn’t been trained properly. Also, they never give enough chips for an order of nachos and cheese dip and they are stale as all get out, tacos are always soggy and have way too much lettuce (mind you we ordered light lettuce), quesadillas are folded and cut weird.. like not correct at all. This restaurant is just not run very well. Management seems to be lack luster. Like actually the worst taco bell Ive ever been to but its just the closest one so I keep going.

Stopped in on our way to a date night concert, immediately walking in the do we were complimented on how nice we looked. We had good food here, there was a little hiccup on food rang up differently than we ordered, and once we caught it and took the receipt back up, they immediately handled it, gave us back our overcharge and we so Friendly doing so. A + for how easy they took care of the issue! A great experience overall
Good place to go for a quick meal. Food was fresh and hot, served quickly, not much wait. Decent prices.

I pulled into the parking lot at 6:13 and finally made it to speaker at 6:34. Sat at the speaker until 6:47 when I was able to let them know I had a mobile order. Pulled up to window and was handed drinks and asked to pull around to the front door and it would be out asap. Food was brought out at 6:56. I understand being busy, but almost an hour in the drive-thru is a bit ridiculous. The guy at the window is definitely doing his best though and staying positive!

The taco had had very little meat and the crunch wrap was brunt. And the bad thing about it was the manager was the one it fix them. 11.00 dollars for something it ain't worth eating.
