Went in to order smoked chicken latte for mt 10 year old. He wanted chicken and baked beans. Cashier said it comes woth 2 side so I arsed if I get trlfrues can we get them on side since he can't have anything that has came in contact with wheat. They refused and said that was absolutely impossible. I've worked in reastamanagemnet for 25 years. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This is not the first problem we have had here. They refused on another occasion to give me smoked chicken paste qothout adding extra bbq. Food taste good service is ridiculous. We will not be back.

My experience at the rocket tonight.Was not a very welcoming one I tried to call and place an order as soon as they answered the phone. The girl said the rocket hold on and put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up when I tried calling back. It was busy probably for another 10 minutes. When I finally got through and tried to express to the young lady that I thought it was very rude to leave a customer on hold for 20 minutes and she said, well, they were very busy and the lobby was more important than the call in orders and hung up on me so. Needless to say to anyone that tries to call in an order, you are not important. I realize they've been here forever and who they are and that my business is not gonna hurt them.But I did want you to know that the main business for them is the lobby call in orders apparently don't matter.
Smoke bbq chicken salad an Smoke bbq chicken twin sandwiches with fries an onion rings was very good the only bad thing I have to say is service lady at window that day was very rude other than that great place great food.

My wife and I live in Georgia. We ate here many times several years ago, while visiting her family in Chilton County. We changed our route for several years we decided to return this route just so we could eat at The Rocket again. We were not disappointed. The burgers we just like we remembered. The service was exceptional,even during the lunch rush. Minimal wait with great smiles and service from the ladies. My wife has now changed our route again! Thanks.
