Busy Friday night. Dine in. Food took a little bit because they were very busy…but it was worth the wait because the coleslaw and BBQ sandwich were some of the best I’ve ever had. If you are looking for amazing Alabama BBQ, this is the place.
I wish I took pics but the food was so good, it was gone before I thought of it. Sweet smokey barbecue smothering a fresh and crisp salad the traditional southern sweet tea and cozy atmosphere make for an exceptional experience! Highly recommended if you are craving an oversized hamburger made with high-quality beef, a veggie plate, or a crunchy salad smothered with the best barbecue! Get it! You won't regret it!
This place has the best BBQ in Alabama in my opinion. They're locally owned and operated. Before you think that it's a bit pricey, check out the food. The BBQ salad, for example, has a lot of meat on it. I can make 2-3 meals out of it. My family loves their burgers, as they are huge and super fresh. Jacksonville wouldn't be the same without the Rocket!
