It's a waffle house. When I went there were a bunch of drunk college students from the nearby university, so it was kind of obnoxiously loud there. Other than that it's just a typical waffle house.

daniella wouldn’t stop talking to her “boyfriend” to cook my waffle that i waited for 10 minutes after i got my food, one guy coooked it timeley but she didn’t care about anyone but herself
This place was horrible. Smell of bleach so strong my eyes and nose watered. Waitress mopping right next to tables with an extreme amount of bleach in water while people were eating their breakfast. Cooking area in a filthy mess, Grits were absolutely unbeatable. Cook upset about sending them back.Very unfriendly attitude. I will never go back. I have never had this experience at any other ones ever.

I think this was the worst experience I've ever had at Waffle House in Jacksonville al. My 2 grandsons, daughter and myself went in about 1:30ish a.m. on Aug. 1st. The server was rude couldn't understand her speaking and it was English. Both the server and cook seemed as though it was a bother for us to be there. The food was over cooked bacon was burnt and hashbrowns were crunchy almost burnt as well. The worst thing was a bug ( roach) crawled out on the table. We alerted the server and her response was "do you know how many of those we see". Needless to say I won't go back. As I was leaving I noticed the floor was filthy and had napkins on the floor. So beware of extra protein in your food or just hanging out on the table when you go. ??

I took my grandson there for his birthday. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff was here. They made him so happy that the smile hasn't come off his face all day. Exceptional staff. Not only was our meal good but they just lifted everybody's spirits in the whole place. You are very fortunate to have such great staff. They sang happy birthday to him, they played a happy birthday song. He wants me to start taking him to this one instead of the other ones because now this is his favorite waffle House

Apparently they got new Waffle Irons in Jacksonville,Al . My 1st waffle was raw, my 2nd although browner was still raw and doughy . Seems I'm not the only one complaining as a table and counter seat had Both left almost whole waffles uneaten.The.serve said they're getting complaints ....so WHY SERVE THEM??? This needs fixing now. Adding insult to injury both my bacon and sausage were extremely undercooked. Pretty bad when you can only eat 1 item at a time because things were sent back. I am a lifetime patron of Waffle House any have NEVER sent food back.
