Don’t order on the app unless you want your order to be canceled unexpectedly, multiple times & without any explanation because nobody can tell you why. The store, app & customer service all claim to not have access to this information and do not know who or where to find it. Refund? Nope. Not sure when that will happen either.

So I actually love Whataburger, however the one closest to my house in Acworth Georgia is the slowest location I’ve ever seen. At first I thought it was because it was new and employees have to be trained and such. But it’s been open for a good while now and it hasn’t changed. Waiting 20-25 minutes to get your food in the drive thru is an every visit thing, and to make matters worse they aren’t even friendly much less apologetic. This is not Whataburger standards, every other location is so much better

Usually only get grilled chicken and it's great every time. It's the beat one in jville! Only reason atmosphere got 3 stars is the sun shines right in face every time lol

I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeño ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.

Ever since they’ve sold out it hasn’t been the same. Food quality is horrible, customer service has went down, cleanliness of establishments (at least in Magnolia TX) has gone down.

Expect high prices for a great burger. Fries were delicious. Without the extra toppings it would've been about 15$ for a triple meat burger with medium fries and drink. I added cheese, bacon, and jalapenos with large fries and drink was 22$.

First and last time I will ever go there. Ordered the onion rings asked for 1 (ONE) SAUCE to dip them said they would have to charge me 65 cents extra so I asked do you not get 1 sauce to go with them as that is usual everywhere else was told no so I told her to keep the order then. First time ordering here and will be the LAST TIME.
