I went to the new location in Charlotte. Fries were cold and dead. ordered a side of jalapeño ranch, it wasn't in the bag so I asked the girl at the drive thru for it. After 5 min I said forget it. Burger was mid at best. zero stars. would not recommend.

Ever since they’ve sold out it hasn’t been the same. Food quality is horrible, customer service has went down, cleanliness of establishments (at least in Magnolia TX) has gone down.

First and last time I will ever go there. Ordered the onion rings asked for 1 (ONE) SAUCE to dip them said they would have to charge me 65 cents extra so I asked do you not get 1 sauce to go with them as that is usual everywhere else was told no so I told her to keep the order then. First time ordering here and will be the LAST TIME.

The employees were short spoken and more worried about their phones than their customer. The floors and drink area was trashed. Food was hot but had onions and mustard that I requested be left off!
I moved out of a Whataburger market about 4 hours ago, so this visit had somewhat high expectations! My food order was not as I ordered, I tried to scrape off the incorrect condiments, but the lingering flavor was there! Overall a disappointment, I looked forward to a correct order at Whataburger
