I was kicked out and “banned during this server’s scheduled shifts” because one of the servers doesnt like me (I’m dating a guy she used to be friends with). She cussed me out the previous time I went in about a month ago for my usual dessert and this time she unfortunately was working again and had me kicked out of the building. Any other server could have taken my order, there were several on shift. Embarrassing to let a server dictate which paying customers stay and go over childish behavior.
Kid-friendliness: The server in question yelled inappropriate language across the store when I walked in.

It wasn’t terrible but it definitely could’ve been better. There were 2 other couples in the building yet it took forever to get our food. The food was awful. I had fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and it was very bland. The noodles were over cooked and the chicken had no flavor. My wife order boneless wings and she said the were so hard that it was hard to swallow let alone to chew. We didn’t even get refills for our drinks. Again there were only 2 other couples in the restaurant.

Service is super slow and rude to the point of nearly throwing your food on the table.
Door dashed and spent $30 for a steak and mashed potatoes. Ordered medium cook. This thing was all fat and gristle and cooked beyond recognition. Not to mention the dasher waited 20 MINUTES for this. I’ve never not ever had a good experience at this location since it opened. I guess I am done giving them chances. Highly do not recommend.

Food was decent, but the server we had was more than a little under-performing. Not sure if she's new or just doesn't care but her empathy was very low, she checked on us maybe 3 times and didn't ask once if we needed a refill on drinks. When I ordered I ordered the loaded mashed potatoes and she wrote down regular, and I understand they were busy which is why I didn't make a big deal about it at the moment but the thing that really upset us was the fact she collected all of her table's tickets at one time, all the cards and all the receipts. How can someone possibly keep track of all those tickets at the same time? The whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward and we will probably not be coming back to this Applebee's, or at least not while that server is there.

Worst waitress I’ve ever encountered. Being in there for over an hour on an afternoon with minimal customers should never happen. We waited, and waited, and waited some more for our food. We had to track someone down just to get our food. During this time a couple was seated, no one even came to ask them for their drinks and they left. If we hadn’t of already ordered food we would have done the same! Worst service ever!

Came in here for lunch today with my family. I swear they service frozen food and heat it half way up in a microwave. Leftovers at home would be better than this. This the 3th Applebees with crappy food. I'm done with this. Soon this be another chain that will be shut down.
