Would have given 5 stars for service but the register was having issues and I had to wait. Other than that everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My order was correct and it was delicious.

Went around 3:21am, placed my order which was a Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich combo, got the curly fries with a Dr. Pepper. I would say they did a great job, everything was delicious. My curly fries were fresh and hot! Thank you for whoever worked that night, even tho there was about 2-3 cars in front of me. It was worth the wait. A little shoutout to the cashier too. She had a great attitude, keep up the great work girl!

The music they play in Jasper, Alabama for the Arby's makes me think of funerals and death. This is the only location I know of that plays this type of music. Even the employee said it is very depressing. Listen to it all day when listening to the music, other locations play different genres. Old rock rock r&b list goes on this place. Says they're not allowed to due to corporate. The other stores are corporate too so I just don't understand

I just stop there tonight and got a burger with no meat. I guess the burger maker need more money to put burger now their sandwich. I hope they think to funny because do not. Where's the meat, at McDonald's.
