I ordered for a pick up!! When I got here it wasn’t ready!! I waited the time came back in it’s still not ready, no greeting, overly slow!! I used my whole lunch break waiting on them to do their job!!! Took the lady 30 mins to get my order packed from having to run the front the drive through and pack order!!!

Went in today and the staff was excellent. Luna took my order. While I ate the manager, Lori came out and checked on all of the customers and she refilled drinks for anyone who wanted them. What a pleasure to have this type of service in Jasper.

I ordered a 12 piece Bo bite with jalapeño ranch with a Mountain Dew, Ashlyn took my order & was very fluent and understanding with what I was looking for. The bo bites were cooked perfectly and the jalapeño gave it just enough kick to sooth my craving! I would definitely recommend this for kids, teens and adults and for deserts they have these all around Bo berries that taste wonders!

I love bojangles but this place needs to get better. Pulled me forward to wait for well done Bo rounds and 12 minutes later I had to go in and they hadn’t even started it yet. Asked for my money back and they wouldn’t do that and still had to wait on my food, and still DID NOT GET WELL DONE BOROUNDS!! DON’T LET THEM PULL YOU UP OR THEY WILL FORGET ABOUT YOU.

Fast food spot. I love cajun chicken biscuit with honey. Accidentally ordered the combo large. I was thinking large drink, but it came with large order of hashbrowns too. I love the hashbrowns, but there was a couple left and i was full!

We had the best experience. We ordered a family meal but ate inside. The staff was accommodating and kind. The cashier was so nice and sweet. The meal came with plates and a half gallon of tea and she provided cups of ice for us. I am not sure we have ever had better service. The manager came and made sure we had what we needed and talked to us for a few minutes she even included our children in the conversarion. She also carried a tray for an elderly couple. Table service in a fast food restaurant is almost never seen but Bojangles goes above all others.
Great experience. The staff was great. The cashier even helped us with the high chair for my son. Food was delicious ans we will be back.

food was cold, grainy, and they didnt take my order correctly. a blonde in drive thru had given me the wrong order and wouldn't change it because she said it wasnt incorrect. another day i was here a girl named hannah brought out my order apologizing for a small mishap i was okay with. she started crying and said a lady said she was aruging with me and she went back inside. after this third time i am NEVER coming back. a lady named lori had taken my order and was rude, she had given me the wrong chicken and the sides where disgusting. mac and cheese was nasty and chunky, green beans where white and stale, gravy wasnt mixed well and mashed potatoes where dry.
