It looked to be only four workers in the restaurant and three where in the lobby they were flies flying all over in the dining room and while I was up there, waiting on my drink, there was flies flying in the kitchen. My chicken was warm on the inside, but not very hot on the outside. My fries were cold so where my onion rings and my cheese sticks they were cold, no cheese pull what so ever went to the bathroom and the bathroom was full of flies.

Ordered from the drive thru service was awesome didn’t catch our cashiers name but we had our dog with us and she got him a water and was so nice we had been traveling all day so running in to someone kind made our day!

This was by far the worst BK we have ever been to. The restrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Since there were at least 7 people working, including a manager, I can only assume they do their business outside. The drink area was filthy, there was trash on the floors and on tables. The only person actually working was the young man cooking our burgers. At least he was wearing gloves. In hindsight we should have turned around and walked right out, but we were starving. So we waited, and waited and waited for our order. No excuse. This manager should be fired along with most of the employees.
Never place an order at this place through the mobile app. They can't see such orders, and you will spend about an hour and a half to two hours trying to get your order back.

I came here because I was driving early in the morning and I needed something quick to eat.
The venue is brand new and extremely clean. They also serve breakfast and lunch the entire day.
I ordered the double crossiantwich 2 for $6. They were made fresh and delicious. The staff is really nice as well.

Bathrooms were clean.
Order on the kiosk rather than with the person. A gentleman entered after us, waited with us, then ordered on the kiosk. We split our order- one with the cashier, one on the app. Anyway, everyone waited for over 10 minutes for food, but I feel as though ordering on the kiosk, if able, could help the attendants and cashiers get the food out faster.
Chicken was dry, burger’s condiments were overwhelming and dripped all in the paper. Wasteful.
I would give them another chance if I were to travel through the area again.
Parking: A bit crowded, especially on a high volume traffic day. It’s the same with parking for the other restaurants in the area, too.
Kid-friendliness: Burger King is always kid friendly food wise. No fun area places to run or play though.
Wheelchair accessibility: A van was parked in a handicap spot and it easily had its patrons exit and enter the facility using the space adjacent to the space.

The bun wasn’t even toasted. Meat was stale and my large onion rings weren’t even full. Very very disappointing. I could expect McDonalds to mess up but BK…y’all can do way fricken better. Wasn’t worth my money. My order was 2 Philly melts and two large onion rings. I hope y’all do better if I wasn’t working I’d taken it back and had ya make it all over and fresh.

Ordered a double whopper meal, guess you gotta open it and look before you drive away even though I had to sit in the parking lot and wait for the food to come out.The patty is still pink all the way thru. Horrible experience. Do not recommend this location.
