This is the worst Chick-fil-A i have ever been to! The drive thru moves slower than any Chick-fil-A i have been to and the quality of the food is not the same as other Chick-fil-A Restaurants. The Chicken Biscuits i have purchased from the Jasper, Alabama location seem to be a different cut and quality of Chicken and not in a good way. It almost seems like this location is not using the Chicken that the corporation wants them to be serving, but cutting corners and selling genetically engineered chicken from another supplier other than the Chick-fil-A Corporation 🤔

Manager Andrew should be fired immediately. He does not represent Chick-fil-A in the manner that the company intends. He has an attitude every single encounter that my family and I have had. Terrible terrible terrible service from him. Previous employees complain of him. He just clearly doesn’t meet the standards here.

I’m not sure if today was a bad day, I went to visit my mom and we stopped to get food. Not only did I have to wait for my food, but I experienced terrible service from manager Andrew. He advised my food had to cook when all cars were receiving their food, after receiving what was supposed to be fresh food, food was cold and manager had no remorse! I have never left a bad review about chic fil la but I will NEVER spend my money at this location again!

I attempt to order a chicken sandwich combo PLAIN and a spicy deluxe combo NO TOMATO. So Kelly replied chicken sandwich combo NO PICKLES, I say no I want it plain with no butter. So then she says so you want the spicy deluxe with no butter too? I say No, he said no TOMATOES. SO she finishes the order and then feels the need to tell me how usually when people say plain they just mean no pickles. Wow...great training and it was surely NOT MY PLEASURE eating a chicken sandwich that was covered with soo much butter the bun was dripping. Maybe Kelly working 12/21 around 3 thought it was cute, but won't think so after this call.
