14. Of us showed up and had to wait for over 30min with almost every table except 6. Available. The workers was standing around talking. Sorry service.

Waitress forgot our food. Our Pancakes were under the heat lamp & were inedible.
Didn't get refills. Has to hunt down another waitress for help

Wheelchair accessibility: I suppose you could manage to get thru the store to get to the restaurant... it would surely take alot of Manuvering tho.

I had the fried chicken and it didn't seem to be fresh. It tasted like it had been sitting a couple of hours and just kept warm. This is usually my favorite dish, so I was a bit disappointed. My husband's catfish was great. The service was also great.

I traveled for 45 years, one place I could count on for consistency in good food and service was Cracker Barrel. That has changed drastically over the last 4 -5 years even in the small things. What used to be the very best breakfast you could get anywhere is at best mediocre. Service has gone frome the best to poor. Little things like changing 100% maple syrup to a blend is an example of giving up quality for just getting by.
The manipulation by the present management to put profits over quality will be the death of what used to be the best and most dependable restaurant. Cracker Barrel needs to remember people will pay for quality of service and food over just getting by.

The food was AMAZING and our waitress Cristen was the BEST waitress we've ever had anywhere!! She went above and beyond!! We will be back just for her!!

3 pieces of chicken in chicken and dumplings, just like the last 10 I've been to across the nation. Why don't they just say you're barely gonna get chicken so we don't order it.

Listen, go here and request to sit in Country’s area. Yes that is her name and yes that is her personality. We have had her as our server twice, and every time it was great!! 4 stars!!

Service wasn’t great but considering how busy they were it wasn’t bad.
