This is one of the better pizza chains compared to the other chain pizza places in jasper good pizza . Went through drive through had a well manered and helpful young man Gabe that has assisted us a few times before

Ordered online and received my order incorrectly made for the 3rd time. Called store and spoke with employee explaining that my daughter was allergic and that the pizza couldn’t be eaten due to allergies. Employee spoke with manager and then informed me that they do not correct online ordering and apologized but informed me that I could replace my order and she would make sure to make a note on my profile. So my daughter didn’t get to eat at I literally had $25 to my name and my order was $21 and although the order wasn’t right I still tipped their driver. My entire family eats pizza sometimes multiple times a week even my extended family! So needless to say I will not be giving my business to our local domino’s again. I could understand if I was always calling but I have never had anything replaced even when wrong nor have I ever asked. Disappointed is an understatement!! Pizza Hut or papa John’s is where I will be giving our business to from now on. Not only was it all the money I had at the time, it went to waste because of my daughter’s allergies. I even explained this and that my daughter was so upset she went to bed without eating!

I ordered their loaded Philly cheese steak tots. Supposed to have Alfredo sauce, & steak on it but it didn't. No salt it was bland no mushrooms and the totes were still frozen on some of them. And tasted like it was freezer burnt. The worst part was portion size was sad at how much your going to spend for it. Just a heads up it wasn't worth it. Disappointment all the way around.

This review is based on service and order from yesterday.... I ordered 3 pizzas, cheese bread, parm bites and cinna twists. All was okay except one of my pizzas. It was crushed somehow while they was bringing it and when he left and i unstacked pizza, found my largest pizza smushed and gross. I would have called to complain but the guy that was working wasnt very nice and was struggling just to find my order when i spoke to him even after i gave name, address and order number. I just wish the service was the same each time and not Russian roulette good food/bad food, because this gets old wasting money on ruined, missing, and gross food.

I ordered two pizzas from Dominoes at this location on 2/18/2025. Service was quick. I live about thirty minutes away so when I promptly got the pizzas, I assumed they were satisfactory. When I got home and opened the boxes, they both looked horrible. We have gotten better pizza frozen than these two pizzas. I will never order dominoes again. Both pizzas were thrown away.goodbye $20.
