The iced coffee was horrible. They were out of the donut I really wanted so I settled for another kind and it was hard and stale. On a good note the customer service at the the drive thru was nice

This is a frequent stop for my family. Always prompt and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you're crunched for time, get the app, order ahead, and walk in instead of drive thru in the mornings.

Very friendly staff. My baby spilled coffee and they didn’t hesitate to help us clean and remake the coffee. Restrooms are very clean. We received our order fast and it was made correctly.

Do not come here unless you can wait 1 hour in a line you can't back out of for 1 coffee. This is insane. I've never see people move so slow in my life. This is my 3rd time giving dunkin a try in the morning. Gave myself a extra hour this morning thinking I would be safe stopping and nope. Sat in line the entire hour . These employees need to do better and get people put the line

A guy tonight was so sweet and funny on the mic. We laughed and then he was kind enough to give me an extra item because they were getting ready to close. He didn't have to, but he did. The world needs more people like him, not because of the extra, but because of the laughs. This guy needs a raise. Short, sandy colored hair, Sunday night around 8:45 p.m. Great place, people oriented.

12/16/24 Ordered an iced coffee through Uber today at 1:00 P.M. It is currently 2:30 P.M. and my order has still not arrived. Took them almost an hour and a half to even start preparing the order.
A few days ago, I ordered an iced coffee for myself and a sausage, egg and cheese wrap with hash browns for my daughter. That order also took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive.
The day before that order, I ordered an iced coffee. When my order arrived, there was no coffee in my drink. I called them to explain that my iced coffee had no coffee in it. To which the employee replied, "Yeah, we've been having issues with our espresso machine not working today". So, you knowingly sent out an order for iced coffee with no coffee in it. Great.

This morning 12/9 at around 7:30 I ordered a White Hazelnut Bark coffee decaf and hot. When the woman over the intercom read my order back she said "iced" and I corrected her because that is a common mistake. Well, 30 minutes into my drive to class I noticed that I was sweating profusely and jittery. Hence not decaf. This is a mistake that could have potentially landed me in the hospital as my medication specifically states I cannot have stimulants of any kind. So why even grab coffee at all you ask? Because I miss the flavors, because decaf has 2-4mg of caffeine which is acceptable, and because I expect my order to come out as I plainly asked for it the first time. I should not have to fret for my life nor have my entire day ruined because someone did not do their job correctly. For this reason I will not be returning to this location.
