I have tried this location 3 times since they opened. Today will be my last. Spent $56.00 for food that was awful. Ordered two big bakers- the potatoes were old and hard and not warm. No butter , the meat was hard and burned . I ordered a key lime pie- I immediately opened it in the car and it was extremely soft and wet. The pound of Meat was okay. The only good thing about this visit was the 2 strikes your out policy I have and today was the third strike, I’m out!
Slowest place I have been to in a long time. 2 people register no one work. Lines backing up. And manager on duty and employees sitting in the lobby with friends talking.

Why I was waiting in line what took over 30 minutes because no one no one was at the front to take orders the day I went they messed up on four different orders at the same time so I will never go there cuz I can't get one order right

I wish I would have taken pictures but I didn’t. The pulled pork sandwich we had was to die for!!! The fries were bland but with ketchup and salt they hit just right. The store was clean. The staff was busy doing their jobs. Which is a rarity in most restaurants these days. Full Moons pulled pork beats Moonlite out of Owensboro Ky hands down!!! I thought I’d never say that but I just did ?

Love love loved this full moon. If I had to guess they are family owned and operated. I had a very young and polite boy bring me my food and bus my table. Everyone was so nice and the food is always just so good so you can't go wrong with full moon.
I say find somewhere else to go this place is not good at all! Can't recommend anything!

Placed an order on line and after ordering I was called twice because they did not have the food we ordered. Then had to select another option that was less expensive and they could not credit me for the difference because they didn’t know how to do it. The person in charge was not even on duty nor could be reached by phone. They tried an alternate person to contact and could not make contact with this individual either. Is this the norm for this establishment? Employees not knowing how to operate the place of business efficiently. I asked for a credit but since they could not do this I had to take the food option.
