After sitting in the drive thru, which means you don’t go in, I checked my order and it was incorrect there for I went in to correct it. I ordered a number 1 with no ketchup, it sounds easy enough but after goin in I asked them to correct it. The picture after all was on the board, I thought okay I’m good. After getting home it was still incorrect and the drinks were the wrong thing also. I just paid over 20.00 to throw it in the garbage. Thanks Hardee’s the crew in Jasper needs a pay cut. They can’t even look at a picture and get it right.

I am a diabetic and had no breakfast thanks to the employees. I ordered a sausage egg n cheese and a bacon egg n cheese biscuit. I got a sausage biscuit and a sausage egg n cheese biscuit. Got home and had nothing to eat cause I can not eat the sausage due to heartburn. Thanks a lot for my low blood sugar experience!

My husband came to jasper Hardee's this morning to get us breakfast. We ordered two bacon,egg and cheese biscuits as well as two biscuits and gravy. When he got. Back home I opened the Biscuit and gravy to fix for my granddaughter who Is three. Needless to say I opened. The biscuit and it's not done at all and still doughy inside. This Hardee's is trash. I got two chicken wraps, my lettuce was brown, the tortilla was hard, and the chicken was tiny, hard, and old. I ordered through the app and STILL had to wait for the food for like 5 mins at the window.

We were so excited when Hardee's reopened in Jasper, but it's been the biggest disappointment. Waited over 20 minutes for our order and it was wrong when we finally got it. Two other customers had the same issue while we were waiting. I get being understaffed, however, I don't understand having three employees walking around and only one actually working. I don't know if you need better management or better employee training or both, but please do something.

The foods good when they decide to be open they are closed before 2pm no signage just a line of cars sitting at a drive through nobody's working. Manage said they are short a manager but it's been like this every time I've tried to eat there for over a month.
If I stop for breakfast at 5am, they say they can't take my order till after they unload the truck, I have to be at work at 5:30. Today I was off and out riding my motorcycle and stop by it at 10:00 a.m. to get breakfast and the damn doors were locked, I'm not taking my motorcycle through no drive-thru!!! They close at 2pm and people that work later than that cannot even stop by and get dinner... y'all might as well just close this location down and sell the building because they are hardly ever open. If I have to go to Jack's restaurant to get breakfast, I might as well just be a regular customer to them and I will no longer be a loyal customer at Hardee's, period.

I came in through the drive thru, and ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. When I had a chance to eat my food, it had no egg on it. This morning I went back to the restaurant, and the Manager on duty Heather was glad to remake my biscuit and gave me a free coffee for my inconvenience, it was top notch customer service and great food!
