Went around drive thru in the am. The girl at the window was just a doll . She was so sweet and cheerful , kinda makes my day when I'm waited on by a person who acts as though they respect me and are truly glad to be alive and helping others . I didn't get her name but it was on July 3rd Thursday 2025. Hang on to her Hardee's she will help your bs.

Very little meat on ultimate Olney biscuit, most biscuits are short on meat now, won't put tomato on bacon biscuit before 11, I've always eaten at Hardee's all over this country, very disappointed in my hometown restaurant

Tried to eat there at 8:20AM on a Monday..
People were working inside, the drive thru was open, but all the doors were locked.
Couldn't eat there.
Sign says they open for dine-in at 6AM, but apparently not.

Ordered two sandwiches (one as a meal). Ate the stale fries on the way home. Didn’t check the bag (as I should have) and realized after I got home they left out one of the sandwiches. No biggie. Called them a solid half dozen times if not more, no one ever picked up. I was the only person at the restaurant other than the employees the entire time I waited on my order. How is it possible to be THAT bad at your job. This was my 2nd time going to this specific Hardee’s, there won’t be a 3rd visit

I’m hoping to hear from the regional or district manager. I went through the drive through today and the man at the window “forgot” to give me my debit card back. When I realized I didn’t have my card, I went back and retrieved it. As soon as I arrived home, I received a fraud alert from my bank that someone other than me was trying to use my card. It turns out it was the person at the drive through window who also happens to be a manager. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate, but can’t get through. I hope someone in authority sees this and reaches back out to me. I don’t want to call the police but I also don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

Got the new chicken cordon blue sandwich, and they gave me the smallest piece of chicken they had. I had to pull the layers back just to make sure it even had chicken on it.

The first time I stopped in there I guess everyone was on their break because no one was coming to the front counter to help take my order. Very dissatisfied. I went to Jack's but there were so many people there that I decided to go back to Hardee's and the second time an hour later when I got back to Hardee's there was someone there to help me. But other than that don't expect immediate service unless you're a drive-through customer
