I came in through the drive thru, and ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. When I had a chance to eat my food, it had no egg on it. This morning I went back to the restaurant, and the Manager on duty Heather was glad to remake my biscuit and gave me a free coffee for my inconvenience, it was top notch customer service and great food!

I came in today for a big order, and Heather was so nice to me. Ms rob is a Hardee's staple and she is always there with her smile. I always feel like they want me there. The store is looking so clean o asked if they've painted! (They have not) The food was fresh and correct, and it didn't take long to get 10 biscuits and some sweets.

Food was average at best. We had a double cheese burger with pickle and onion. Fries that one box was full. The 2nd was half full and loaded with salt. Both of our colas were flat. The service was great.considering they were short staffed and the lady working was serving the window and the countet.with a big smile and was friendly to all.
