From the moment I walked into Huddle House, I was greeted with genuine Southern hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting — the kind of place where you know the food will hit the spot before you even sit down.
Let’s talk about the food: WOW. I ordered the MVP Breakfast Platter, and it was nothing short of perfection. The eggs were cooked exactly how I asked, the bacon was crisp and flavorful, and the golden hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside — truly addictive. The waffles? Fluffy, warm, and just the right amount of sweetness.
Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and made sure our coffee cups were never empty. It’s rare to find staff who seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and treat every guest like family.

Horrible experience this morning for breakfast! We waited 40 minutes for our food. Brought it out and mine was wrong. So back to the kitchen Brought it out again and wrong again. Got it right the 3rd time. Butt we also had pancakes with our meal... guess what.. never got them we got up and paid and left. My husband also never got a refill of his drink either. The lady took $3 off for us never receiving our pancakes.. Gee thanks after waiting an hour and a half for them 🤦♀️. Waiter also told us we kept getting the wrong order because they were serving others that came in after us while we had been sitting there for 40 minutes..

The server and managers are very rude. Food came out cold when asked to have the waffle remade it was turned into a big deal to the point I got angry and yelled at them. They give one menu for a table of 5. Ring items incorrectly over all a bad experience which is sad because huddle house has been a family favorite for years.

I ordered a Western omelet and hashnrowms. They were literally sitting in a pool of oil when served . I could not eat 1 bite. My son had the chicken and waffle He said the chciken was not good. Will not be back..

Save your time and money, go to Cracker Barrel or Waffle House instead.
We finally decided to give this place a second shot after our first lackluster visit shortly after it's grand opening. Was rewarded with an absolutely awful and uncomfortable dining experience. The service left me feeling like I was there after closing even though it was only 7:30pm. It was apparent the only two staff members in the building did not want me or my family there. The building was dead quiet. The server was like a deer caught in headlights and I practically had to guide her through her part of the job.
They were out of everything we tried to order (ribeye, wings, even strawberry syrup for pancakes), and we eventually settled on the chicken and waffles. My wife's looked okay, but the chicken on mine was a tiny sliced fillet that had been fried while folded in half and there was raw breading in the fold. I got exactly one refill of my tea while we were there, and it didn't come until shortly before we left. Oh, and the tea tasted like it was starting to turn and/or they never wash the urn it came out of.
The next time I want to spend $50+ on dinner, we'll take our business literally anywhere else. In fact, we should have gone to Cracker Barrel to begin with. This Huddle House is a disgrace and the building will be used as a Mexican restaurant a few years from now, mark my words.

Being a business owner in a greater Birmingham area and constantly on the go I simply don’t have time set aside to stop and grab a bite to eat everyday. HOWEVER, I’m so glad I did today! Although I live about 30 minutes from Jasper, this will NOT be the last time I come and visit the local Huddle House to see my new found friends that I met today.
First off, I really don’t enjoy writing reviews nor do I have the time lol however I was simply left no choice But to share how beautiful my experience was provided by Miss Juliet and her team With someone else. Out of the my many experiences I have had dining with huddle house, Today’s experience left me with no choice but to get Online to share just how beautiful it truly was. This afternoon as I was leaving jasper for work purposes, I felt that little roar in my stomach, so I listened and typed in “huddle house near me” as luck was on my side It said there was one eight minutes away. The second I walked in the door I was greeted with a bright smile for a young lady with the name JULIET..I believe. Although they were pretty steady with customers she and the rest of the staff made it feel like I was the only one there. As expected, I finished my food very quickly (which was SO delicious😋)I then Sat there just conversing with JULIET and A few other customers about Jasper , Christmas, and any other thing that might’ve came up. Before I knew it, it was 45 minutes later!! Boy how time truly flies when you are enjoying yourself!
I asked JULIET If she would kindly grab her manager so I could give her a compliment on just how blown away I was by the service she provided me with. Little did I know….SHE WAS THE MANAGER!! Right then, and there I knew the experience I had today was far from rare but normal for anyone coming in. It’s implemented in the culture that Miss Juliet and the rest of her team has established here at huddle House in Jasper.
Miss Juliet, Although I’m not sure if you will ever see this, I just wanna say thank you so much for the smiles laughs and tasty and eggs provided by your location. When I come back next week for another business venture, you can bet your last that I will be walking through the door!
