The server was very nice. Food was ready pretty fast. Waiting time was about 5min on Xmas eve which is very good. I order some scramble with hashbrown and there was no flavor at all. My silverware were dirty really dirty. We have to ask for another set.

It’s Christmas Day but they weren’t even that busy, overlooked us for 30 minutes before even getting a menu that we had to ask for, then another 30 minutes to get drinks, got our food and didn’t get all our food and on top of that some of it tasted like chemicals, only good thing was the fries. That’s it. Will not go back. I’ll stick to huddle house in Pell city.

So I know it’s Christmas so I was very patient but I placed my online order at 10:30 this morning waiting until 11 to leave to go get it it was still not done upon arrival so I patiently waited 12 rolls around still not done 130 before the order was ready and it wasn’t correct after waiting all day so I went back in to have it fixed waited another 15 min and it was still wrong I spent $65 on this food for my family and nothing was right after the second time I left no toast no cheese that I paid extra for nothing!!!! I couldn’t get a refund. We will not be back to the jasper location and I will make sure none of my family or friends waste their time or money here!!!!

This is the second time this has happened. I get there approximately 20 minutes until midnight. They've already closed the grill down. Cleaned up. Put everything away and they don't close till midnight. The open sign was still on and they tell me it would take 45 minutes for them to prepare my food after the grill warmed back up taking 20 minutes.if they're going to close at 11:45 they need to put on there website close at 11:45

This place makes you feel like home as soon as as you enter the doors. You can see the team works well together and everyone helps each other!! The food was cooked to perfection and waitresses all helped each other! It’s one oiled machine!!

They not very busy for a Saturday morning but the tables were not clean. They were out of several things (creamer and biscuits). I heard other patrons complaining that they were out of things the previous week as well. That's a fail in my book but the food was good, hot, and quickly served. The staff were friendly and didn't have the attitude I see so often now in restaurants. The apple wood bacon...yum!
