Wheelchair accessibility: My wife and I my wife stopped at the restroom before we was going to order she goes into the ladies room my wife is in a wheelchair so she goes to the handicap stall in the it was occupied my wife went to try the other bathroom but she cannot use it because it's not wheelchair accessible she pulls on the door handle to to leave the restroom but her surprised she hears someone in the handicap talking to her personal cell phone it was an employee sitting hiding in the handicap talking on her personal cell phone and texting the individual leaves does not say I'm sorry that's not even wash your hand if she leaves the restroom

I have been to this Jacks a lot because it’s on my way home or to work . The last four times I’ve been here something has been off with my food or it’s wrong. I order a BLT this morning and it had cheese on it. I will not go at night because the last three times I went at around 7ish and get chicken or chicken sandwich and it’s so spicy hot I couldn’t eat it. Waste of my money . So if they don’t want to serve people then they need to be shut down because that is their job to serve people even if they don’t like them and they shouldn’t be Messing with people’s food.They are NOT clean inside and when I go in or at the drive through I get attitude every time. If they don’t like me for some reason they shouldn’t be opened if they are going to mess with peoples food just because of it
The Jacks crew here is wonderful!!! Outstanding service!! I deliver for Doordash and I'm also a customer!! They are very friendly and polite! They work really hard to make sure your order is accurate and quick! I will be back and I will recommend it to all my friends.

This Jack's in Jasper Alabama beside Walker Baptist hospital has to be the worst jacks ever. Nothing in my bag was right My particular sandwich I had asked to have nothing removed but the mushrooms when I got it there was nothing on it but meat and cheese and bread, My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and a thing of fries small and when we got the fries they look like they have been cooked 3 days ago, My wife ordered the little chick slider and it was so wilted that it could have been underneath a heat lamp for hours. Then the lady at the drive-thru was very rude got upset because we thought our order was bad slatch the bag out of my hand went through our bag handled our food and repeated back to us that our fries were in there for us to have a good day. I will never go back to this Jax ever and I feel sorry for anyone else that does go here
