Biscuits really not that good. My wife had the chicken biscuit. It was dry, the top of the biscuit was like a hamburger bun. The chicken was flavourless. I had the steak biscuit. Tasteless. I used to buy these biscuits off of 1-20 headed towards Atlanta from Birmingham, they were really good. This store pales in comparison. I had bragged and bragged about these biscuits, we finally stop and yech.
Honestly the owner said he was sorry and he hoped we will give it another try. No not this jacks. Sorry. Apparently all Jacks aren't the same.

We absolutely love Crystal, the night shift manager on Hwy 78. She always makes sure our food is correct, just the way we like it, and fresh!! She even remembers our order and has it on the grill by the time we pay!! She’s the best, 10/10!! ♥️

I went during my lunch break, and the place was as busy as ever. Customers in the front and in drive thru. All the while, Crystal Key handled everything perfectly, and did her very best to ensure customers that she and the employees were working as fast as they could to serve them, and thanked them for their patience. This is all it takes to keep or lose customers. She handled the busy atmosphere very well. I commend her. Plus she ensured my food was fresh and correct. Give her a raise!! :)
