First time eating a hamburger from Jack's I had no stomach cramps like McDonald's. Chicken is fresh very hot hasn't been sitting out fries are not soggy, biscuits are made every morning Restrooms are routinely cleaned, dining area cleaned sanitized kitchen staff use kitchen gloves, hand washing stations Drive through lines move quickly staff friendly asking if you want extra napkins sauce Prices are reasonable, specials are offered

Had those good fluffy biscuits and choice you don't always get its rather like a family reunion Auntie Mae makes a mean chili but Grandpas sweet cornbread can tone down the spice. Being a DoorDasher you see a lot of them, but sumiton Alabamas seems to stay lively with customers and people, so if your in a hurry one of the other locations might suit you better.

This is the best better than basic fast food with a southern twist and attitude on food that they execute on a higher more consistent level than anyone else Especially in Jasper AL‼️‼️🐒

Was in town from west coast to visit my Southern Belle, and Jack's has the best breakfast specials, so tasty and fast service.

Honestly disappointing, this jacks used to be the best. Now me and my wife play a game to guess what they messed up. I got Breakfast deluxe double gravy no grits like always. The gravy was comical, was literally white water. It was so thin the compartment for it was empty. It was all soaked into the eggs, sausage, and GRITS..... of which I didn't order. My wife got a double gravy biscuit and asked for gravy on the side. So they just didn't give her any gravy. The crew at this location used to be so nice now there all rude. This jacks hasn't been the same since the rebuild. Gets worse everytime we go. We will be making the drive across town to hardees from now on.

Jacks do better I gave you a second chance and you still messed my order up I refused to try for a 3rd time I understand breakfast time is very business and also you need to take in consideration of people allergies also especially when the order was redone and still wrong and I waited patiently with no issue and order was still wrong.
