Honestly disappointing, this jacks used to be the best. Now me and my wife play a game to guess what they messed up. I got Breakfast deluxe double gravy no grits like always. The gravy was comical, was literally white water. It was so thin the compartment for it was empty. It was all soaked into the eggs, sausage, and GRITS..... of which I didn't order. My wife got a double gravy biscuit and asked for gravy on the side. So they just didn't give her any gravy. The crew at this location used to be so nice now there all rude. This jacks hasn't been the same since the rebuild. Gets worse everytime we go. We will be making the drive across town to hardees from now on.

Jacks do better I gave you a second chance and you still messed my order up I refused to try for a 3rd time I understand breakfast time is very business and also you need to take in consideration of people allergies also especially when the order was redone and still wrong and I waited patiently with no issue and order was still wrong.

Sorry to say, yes they are kind of busy at breakfast , but the lady at the cashier, she's not friendly at all... ignores you.. no matter how nice you are to her, she's very slow... they have a nice dining room table.

Wheelchair accessibility: My wife and I my wife stopped at the restroom before we was going to order she goes into the ladies room my wife is in a wheelchair so she goes to the handicap stall in the it was occupied my wife went to try the other bathroom but she cannot use it because it's not wheelchair accessible she pulls on the door handle to to leave the restroom but her surprised she hears someone in the handicap talking to her personal cell phone it was an employee sitting hiding in the handicap talking on her personal cell phone and texting the individual leaves does not say I'm sorry that's not even wash your hand if she leaves the restroom
