Upon arriving at Jacks it was old run down needs updating as the ceiling was leaking all over tables and floor Pamela was out there trying to clean it up and dry it when we went thru the door she happy and loudly welcomed us as she made her way to the counter to take our order!!! Very polite professional friendly fast service !!!! Made our food brought it to our table and went right back to trying to fix the horrid situation with the ceiling pouring water covering the register to protect it I just wanted to give a shout out to Pamela Garrison @ Jacks in Curry she deserves a raise or at least a Good Job button she is always the sweetest thing and I eat there regular jist to see her smileing face is refreshing and puts my family and I in a happy place

I'm not one to complain usually but today's experience was absolutely HORRIBLE! The meat in our burgers was actually cold and when I called to speak with management about it, their phone disconnected after the first ring and I've tried repeatedly for the past 2 hours. This isn't the first time but it'll most definitely be our last!

Great place to eat if you go to the drive thru. 6 workers taking care of drive thru one of them every now and then checks the register inside. Then after they finally notice you and take your order(expect minimum of 10 minutes) they run out of food you order because for 15 minutes all the food goes to drive thru customers.
The tables were so dirty that napkins literally stick to the edges. Then it took 20+ minutes to get 4 orders of chicken fingers, which I could have more easily understood had the chicken been hot. Unfortunately the chicken fingers were cold and what they gave as a kids chicken finger was laughable.
My experience with the jacks and Curry the last two times I have been has sucked the employees are rude and they get your order wrong every time you go in there and then when you try to ask them something they roll their eyes at you they are very disrespectful. And the food they are sending out of the window it's cold or raw something needs to be done this is ridiculous
