Upon arriving at Jacks it was old run down needs updating as the ceiling was leaking all over tables and floor Pamela was out there trying to clean it up and dry it when we went thru the door she happy and loudly welcomed us as she made her way to the counter to take our order!!! Very polite professional friendly fast service !!!! Made our food brought it to our table and went right back to trying to fix the horrid situation with the ceiling pouring water covering the register...

I went on Sunday afternoon my problem is you know you're going to be busy on Sunday afternoon due to church and there's never enough chicken made and then you have to wait forever other than that very clean restaurant
