I really don’t understand how this location is still running honestly , paid almost $80 for 2 meals, ordered double brisket and get nothing but fat and maybe 2 whole bites worth of actual meat, smh definitely done wasting my money here , this place has gone so down hill especially the last year

I dined in around 12:00 and there were only about 6 tables throughout the entire restaurant with diners. Our waitress brought out cold biscuits and when we asked for fresh biscuits she advised they do them in batches and no fresh ones would be coming out for a while. We ordered the chicken finger basket tossed in buffalo with fries and macaroni and cheese. The chicken and fries were both cold, and when I mentioned it to the waitress she looked as if she was disgusted because I didn’t want to pay $25 for a cold plate of food. I then asked for the manager and Justin came to the table. I explained the issues we were having and showed him our food was cold, and we just wanted to check out and pay for our teas and we would leave. Justin went over the top to provide amazing service and fresh food. His customer service saved this review from being a 1 star review. I will definitely give this location another chance.

Vinegar sauceis spot on with Carolina pulled pork. I was debating the bbq or not and one of the cooks over heard me and politely interjected and brought me some pulled bbq and the multiple sauces to try before ordering.. Excellent service... great experience hope to come back again
Was in there for lunch yesterday and will never go back. We were served some muffins w/butter to snack on while we waited on our food. I ask for some silverware which wasn’t brought to us until we got our food. We both had a beef sandwich and mine was a chopped beef. It was so dry and hard that I couldn’t hardly eat it. It was the worst bbq I’ve ever had and we eat a lot of it. Also I don’t know if the manager was there or not but several employees was in the I’ll call it the banquet room playing around. They had squirt bottles spraying each other and I thought one was going to take the other to the floor if he didn’t take her shirt off first. There was about 4or 5 of them in there playing around. I could see a pile of paper towels where they were cleaning the floor up when they stopped playing. I have never witnessed something like this before in a restaurant.

Came here on a business lunch. Food and service are what I would have expected coming from the Golden State. Good southern hospitality, great barbque and a waitress who was on point. Thank you.
Had a party of ten and was seated in a reasonable amount of time. Waitress, girl maybe 19, was great on service and refills. The food was great, they checked on us regularly and the amount charged was fair. One item we particularly appreciated was we didn’t have to order at some kiosk like other locations have went to. Will definitely revisit and hope to have the same dinning experience
Jim N Nick’s has some god food. I’ve been here a couple of times. This time I had the pulled pork. It wasn’t very warm. But, it had a good flavor and smokiness l.
My sides were collars greens and potato salad. Both were excellent. It’s hard to make good greens , at least to my liking. They did a good job. They bring out some small cornbread with your drinks. They’re really good. It’s unusual for me to like sweet cornbread. In the south we generally don’t make sweet cornbread at least not in my upbringing. And, finally, great onion rings.
Overall, great place to eat if you want some good barbecue and good sides. I’ll give it a four simply because it’s not the best barbecue I’ve had. But, I didn’t want to be critical.
So I ordered a burger today and it has a piece of steel wool in it. Leaving 1 star so this is seen and fixed. I caught it but someone else might not and don’t want anyone to get hurt.

The smoked turkey breast is amazing! I highly recommend.
This place is great! I love the fact it’s not like other restaurants! The food is fresh every day and that is a big plus in my book! I highly recommend eating here!
Kid-friendliness: The waiters and waitresses are always friendly with my two boys and interact great with them!
Wheelchair accessibility: The big doors can open plenty to help get people in! The GM Justin is always willing to help make peoples experience pleasant!
