This is the second time I've had an issue with the drive thru. Today, I attempted to order an item on the menu and the cashier seemed confused. I stated once again what I wanted and she said , "We don't have have." I said it's listed on the menu. What am I missing. She said, "We have lots of items that are listed but we no longer sell." What's the reason to have a menu if items that are listed aren't being sold? The first time I had a problem related to the same thing but I didn't realize why the cashier was so confused until today.

Arrived with 2 people yelling back and forth in the kitchen spilling into the dining area then a little slow. Add on the curling black hair in my son’s food and it got worse. Found out it was the manager yelling in the kitchen. Contacted corporate explaining the situation via email and still no response after 3 weeks so I guess they don’t care..?

Server was completely clueless no bread till after over half way through with our meal no silverware one meal short on our order I mean if you have 4 people you need 4 meals! Watching other people get bread that came in after us from other servers. Not busy so that’s not the reason been on busy night and gotten bread immediately I mean everyone gets it. Almost $90 for 3 meals one was a kids meal and a side salad no appetizers no alcohol. No stars on service because there was none!

Very impressed with this place.Loved the deviled eggs & smoked wings, I ordered a berry drink OMG.They love what they do here or it would not taste so good.Will be back.
Went down to visit my mom so we decided to go to lunch . Upon entry there was no wait but ended up waiting 10 minutes to be seated . The waitress was nice and attentive. It was lunch time so it was slightly busy. The food was ok. Our first serving of the cheese biscuits were hot . The second batch were very cold . I ordered the loaded baked potatoe. The waitress informed me the plate was extremely hot. I wish the food was also. I had to send the potato back because it was cold . The plate hot but not the food . I asked could they heat it up . The waitress told me they didn't have a microwave but will fix me a new one. Well I received the same one just hotter , which I didn't mind . Since my mom was enjoying her lunch . Will I return , maybe not during lunch .

My first trip to Jim n Nick's...loved it! My salad was great. My wife loved the cheddar biscuits and her smoked turkey. Service was top notch! Great place for sure. Will have to visit again!!
