I waited in drive thru for 20 minutes while they took orders in front of me on the other side. Wasn't til I finally said hello that they finally said something. Then I got my food and it was wrong. Asked for no onions or lettuce. Had both on there. Went back around and they replaced it but it was still wrong so I just said screw it.

Yesterday I went here to grab breakfast. Not only did they short me 3 of their greasy hashbrowns, but I also didnt receive my egg mcmuffin. I also ordered a bacon biscuit which was a mistake because there was so little bacon, it could of been used for bacon bits on a salad instead. This is horrible. Money we pay for food and service should be better than this. This bad level of service isnt meant for working with food...

Every time I go to This McDonald's food is left out of my bag. I live 25 minutes away. So after working all day I drive an hour home and stop at McDonald's on the way. I get home and realize half of my food is missing. Then I have to turn around and drive 25 minutes back to McDonald's and then back home. They won't even answer the phone. The managers are trash.

they mess up my nuggets everytime i go here and not like a “oh im missing a nugget” i mean like resident evil food is being given to me or something, one time i was halfway through and realized my nugget box was clearly previously used with dried sauce and stuff on it! gross! another time idk what the hell happened idk if mcdonald’s actually uses like real raw meat but my nuggets were hit and LIQUID like i cant make this up they were mushier than raw meat and almost like translucent mush inside. i wanted to puke!!! this most recent time is actually kinda justified in a way as chickens do have bone in them but a big flat razor like shard of bone was in one of my nuggets and almost took a tooth! i just want to know what in the resident evil goop they got back there. and what is up with your sweet and sour sauce (that you forget to put in my bag 90% of the time) why is it like that? i’m from florida and i visit big cities and their sauce is a good consistency and has the seasonings in it visible why is the sauce here opaque and goopy with like minimal flavor or seasoning what in the mcdonald’s hell

Without holding the fact it's mcdonalds against it. This particular one is very slow the order is often wrong despite having an overwhelming number of employees standing around playing grabass in the back.
We ordered 2 caramel frappes. The first attempt to give us our order was literally halfway full of frappe and half whipped cream and it wasn't full. So I asked for a full one for a replacement. The girl working the cashier was sweet but clearly new, she looked at them, laughed, and said she didn't know why they did that. So the manager came up, asked what was the problem and I told him. He said ok, I'll have them remake it. So the 2nd round comes out and I bullcraps u not, ALL they added was all whipped cream lol. But after the 2nd attempt, I'm not the type to be like DO IT AGAIN , I'm not even the type to really go back in stores and ask for replacements. Anyhow, I get to walking to the car, and the homeless ppl outside were listening to loud music and hassling everybody. Finally, as i sat down in the car, take a huge gulp bc whipped cream ain't all that bad... guess how the frappe tasted? Like nothing but watered-down cream Mannnnn I say, if u can put a different location in your GPS DO IT. THAT IS ALL. 🍻

EXCEPTIONALLY clean, the vibe was a rare find in McDonalds these days.. upbeat and positive… like a chick fil a… They actually brought my food to my table like the are supposed to with table service… very nice experience..special shout out to the cashier
