Please explain to me how this place CONSTANTLY messed my food up. Can’t make the order right or just leaves the shit out of the bag all together. I am absolutely sick of this place. This “establishment” is a JOKE. There’s no way someone is so stupid they can’t read a screen and make/bag my food correctly. They leave the main part of the meal out. How???!! I get a McChicken fries and a 4 piece nuggets and the McChicken is gone? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.

I ask for a plain mcchicken and it was not plain the nuggets were horrible and usually this is the better McDonald’s but lately the food has been trash the employees have not been good and they are very rude most of the time the fries were soggy this place has lost it 30 dollars wasted definitely go to the other McDonald’s if you want McDonald’s In Jasper I’d travel all the way to sumiton and get that McDonalds before this place ever again
Parking: Its setup horribly you almost get hit every Time you go in and out of here it really needs redone

Ordered a five dollar meal deal with a McChicken as the sandwich, went through the drive-through and after pulling out I realized they had given me a McDouble instead. I got back in the drive-through line and informed them of the situation, and when I got to the window the employee told me I had to give her the McDouble back in order to get the McChicken. I asked her why I couldn't keep it, as I could have either eaten it myself or given it to the person begging for food down by the road, but she got the manager and they told me that they would not give me the sandwich that I ordered unless I gave them the incorrect sandwich for them to throw away. This is ridiculous and unnecessary. They also did not apologize once or offer me a coupon or any other way to make up for my time that they. wasted.
I placed an order at this location around 10pm I ordered the $5 meal deal with a medium iced coffee. My food was just fine, but I was handed a small iced coffee. I worked at a McDonald’s for 3 years and quit just recently, so I knew the sizes hadn’t changed. I told the lady in the drive thru that I ordered a medium, and she told me that what I had was a medium, I continued to show her the cup because the size is on the cup, and pointed out to her that it specifies a small, and she continued to say “well I don’t know why it says that because it’s a medium” and I asked her if it’s a medium why it says small and she said “I don’t know it just does” she did give me my medium before leaving but she did it by causing trouble first. I’m not an idiot, and I paid for a medium with MY money, I deserve what I paid for! Something at the BARE MINIMUM needs to be said to this lady because it was not okay. She kept giving me the go around trying to tell me my small iced coffee was a medium when I knew differently!

Mobile orders are not ready for pickup at the counter even though McDonalds app says they will be... They were kept in the back for some reason. No one working front counter. You had to yell at workers in the back, and they pulled my bag off a cold counter.
