I was in the Jasper area recently and decided to stop off at Milos for a cheese burger combo. Customer service was great. I asked for a special order, no pickles and add lettuce and mayo. Food arrived to my table quick but was wrong. No biggie, it happens. There was no cheese and it had 4 pickles. Easy fix. The burger and fries were good, love their sweet tea!

Okay every one at Milo’s is greattttt. I keep seeing reviews about one girl named serenity. Everytime I’ve went she has been very very sweet and I know of 2 girls who have been harassing her. They have even wrote fake reviews. And Brett teeter at Milo’s. Great worker and employee. Honestly. They both need a promotion for their hard work and dedication

i had a girl named serenity take my order, she was rude and very disrespectful. she wouldnt comply with me or change my food. i had a young boy take over and he was very nice. he took my order and helped get me a refund for what that girl had did wrong. i never want to see that girl again! all i had seen her do was walk around the store joking around and on her phone. LAZY!

nick roberts took my order and he was the BEST!! the people in this place are very nice other than this one girl with glasses and dark hair. i believe her name to be serenity. she was rudely taking my order before nick had gotten her to step aside.
I was having trouble with my debit card and pulled aside to fix the issue. This team did a phenomenal job at this matter. Excellent customer service and hot food. I will be back and soreading the smiles i recieved tonight!!!
***I asked about allergens and checked online. Ordered accordingly. Cross contamination seems likely as I had a severe reaction during meal. Allergens are egg, dairy, beef and pork. Don't want to leave a bad review but I did want to put out a PSA for any other food allergy peoples.
