The service here is absolutely the worst I have ever seen!! The food was great but the service was horrible!!!! We had to wait 30 minutes to even be seated, then another 20 to get our drink order, took another 20 minutes to get our drinks and order our food, we never got any refills on our drinks. The food finally gets to the table 1 hour later and we ask for condiments and never seen our waitress again at our table. We had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even pay for our food. They was not busy at all ether. I will never be going back!

My husband and I went today. Terrible service. we waited 15 minutes for a server to come to our table. They were not busy. Then we waited forever to take our order. Needless to say we walked out and went someplace else.

The steak was decent, but the butter tasted like old fish or shrimp (cross contamination) and ruined everything that had butter on it. Service was slow and not very friendly.

Steak was great, service was awesome. Started to go to Applebees next door but saw the parking lot here was full. Definitely the right choice.
The steak tips were awesome cooked medium rare! Melts in your mouth.

Me and my husband went here for the first time to try it because we heard good things about this place. We were very disappointed in the service and how long it took to get food. We got our appetizer at a reasonable time. We were there for nearly a hour and didn’t get our main meal. The server only came to our table once this hole time . They didn’t seem very busy either .
