Ordered delivery. Gave me the wrong drink and this is what the fries looked like when I opened the box. All of the seasoning is just poured into the center. Who would want to eat that?

We live pizza hut, but not all huts are the same. We have had varying service at this location since I moved here a year ago. Today there was a new manager working I had not seen before. She was AWESOME. Very guest attentive. Very customer service oriented. I had an issue with the order. She not only addressed the issue by replacing what was wrong but also took the staff out of ear shot to address the issue. That's GREAT MANAGEMENT. I hope she sticks around because if she does this hut will ROCK!!!

Ordered a large hand tossed pepperoni, mushroom, black olives for window pickup. Got home, opened box and had a pepperoni, mushroom and black olives on a thin crust (basically a stinking cracker). I rarely post a negative review but I Paid $15+ for the WORST PIZZA we have ever TRIED to eat. No more pizza hut for this family.

last time went here we where uninformed that there is no more dine in and we got a menu it was very little compared to before and it stunk we left and went somewhere else

Pizza barely had any sauce on it. Could have been a mistake, it happens, so the following week I order another pizza but choose extra sauce just to make sure but there was barely any sauce on this pizza also. If you love pizza with no sauce, this is the place for you.

Both times I have gone to this location, I have been forgotten about after being asked to pull forward and wait for my food. The first time I waited upwards of 30 minutes and had to pull back around to get my food. The second time I was not so patient and went back around after 15 and was told “Sorry about that, I forgot and started doing something”. Paid 50 dollars for two pizzas and some wings that were nothing to write home about. I wouldn’t recommend this location anybody.

Cheese literally just slides right off the pizza and the boneless wings were terribly undercooked. A waste of $30 and ruined dinner.
James and team customer service was amazing! Food was perfect and tables were clean!

Pulled in tonight almost every employee was sitting outside smoking, when someone finally took my order the lady acted like she had a attitude and that about sums up this store. Will not be returning.

Pizza Hut is one of the best Pizza places around even though they don't offer dine-in service anymore at the Jasper location it is still one of the best pizza places you can go to get your pizza it is always full of flavor and always consistent they have the best pizza dough of any pizza place I've ever tried their pan pizza is the bomb. Sure you can get pizza cheaper elsewhere but you don't get the quality
