The salmon had the dark fatty part attached which made it crunchy and not very palatable. The rice was unevenly cooked with some grains still hard and others soggy. The spicy tuna roll was pretty good and the presentation was very nice. Other than issues with the printer that led to a delay, service was prompt and friendly.

I really enjoyed my meal. The quality of the food was great. The presentation of the meal was awesome. Price wise, some would say it's expensive, but compared to the northern states, it's decent. By far, my favorite roll was the Tour bus. I will be back again.

The food was good, it’s different from the normal sushi place but the server was great. Great people at Jasper and very friendly staff. The atmosphere was ok, it’s on the small side but the rock and roll was my cup of tea. I would recommend going, just wish it had more of a fresh cooking experience instead of a quick prepare because it borders fast food more than conventional sushi places
