This is my 2nd time & it was as amazing as the first. Authentic Italian food. I had calamari appetizer and it's was prepared perfectly. The sauce served with it was delicious. Calamari Flavor was fantastic. I had Chicken Genova. It was rich & flavorful. My husband had shrimp fra diavollo. He said it had just the right spice & heat. While it was 7 shrimp they were jumbo shrimp and he still has enough left to take some home. He even said if didn't order same dish he had a go to. He doesn't like spinach but stated the flavor was so good didn't care it had spinach which is a big deal for this meat & potatoes guy. I read some complaints about price but I have to point out with the fresh ingredients and fresh prepared meals you would be had pressed to make at home for the price. Forgot to mention the garlic rolls were good as well.
This isn't quite what I was expecting. The food was quite odd. I'm unsure what recipe they use, but the Chicken Piccata was awful. The Garlic Cheese Bread was really just cheese toast. no garlic flavor but so much cheese and butter. I won't be visiting again.I will say I ordered for pickup. My food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The food just didn't taste very good.
Second time coming here with my family and as expected the food was excellent! They did only have one server and he was super kind and worked as quickly as he possibly could for being the only server/host in the restaurant. He did a very good job. Once again will definitely be back ?
We ate here on 7/22/23. There was only one waiter but he was fantastic! He made sure our food came out fast and was super friendly. My husband had the lasagna 12 and I had the chicken parmesaniano 17. Both tasted great and priced good for the large portion we received. We really liked the sauce. The cheese bread was delicious also. We will definitely be back when we come to Jasper.
Kid-friendliness: Very Kid Friendly
My first time. It was very nice, clean. Was seated right away. The food was awesome, hot and the portion was great. And although, I failed to get a picture of my chicken Alfredo, lol, I managed to snap some pics of dessert. Tiramisu and Italian cake.
Don't know if the food was good or not since when i first got there and waited to be seated it took about 7 min for anyone to acknowledge our group was even there. The lady sat us and we waited forever and no one offered us drinks or anything so we got up and left and went else where. Should of known something was up since there were only 2 people in there eating besides our group.
Cost far to much for a plastic tablecloth restraunt. 17 dollars for a rather small serving if alfredo. There was hair cooked into our food. The waitress got our order wrong, and everything was incredibly bland. Theres better seasoning and more classic italian flavor in a jar of prego and frozen meatballs from aldis. Overall waste of money, high prices for poor hygiene, service, and cuisine that tastes like soggy dog kibble.
I went with family for lunch and got the Tour of Italy. $25 for tiny servings of each dish, I found a stick in my lasagna, the chicken was very fatty/gristly, and the Alfredo noodles were bland. $17 for a Caesar salad with - side of shrimp, less than half a handful of shrimp was $9. The cheese bread appetizer was wonderful and the cannelloni was good but they don’t tell you in the menu that it includes spinach, nor does the menu let you know what’s included in the Tour of Italy. Personally, I was super excited to try and even dismissed a few of the reviews but after trying myself, I agree it’s overpriced and could have been done much better.
Vegetarian options: They do have a few non meat options and most dishes seem to be customizable however cross contamination with meat products may occur.
Kid-friendliness: Not geared towards children, but does allow families. More suited towards the older crowd (10+), but it was an okay experience with our 8 year old.
Parking: Fair amount of spaces but most are in direct sunlight and no shade other than that offered by the building.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible, they do have disabled parking, but navigating the doors and tables are spaced closely
Steady amount of people coming in, been wanting to try for a while just hard to with my work schedule, but definitely will be back, came in for lunch on a Saturday, did not leave hungry and had leftovers. Keep up the great job! Will bring in the kids soon
The place needs updated!! We got seated quick staff was not friendly. We ordered got our salads, asked for silverware it took 10 mins to get there and it arrived spotted, and dirty. We left We will not be back.

Bottom Line Upfront: wasted opportunity for a small business to revive a bankrupt Ruby Tuesday. Food was bland and service was mediocre. Not worth $17 a plate.Took the family to see what they did with the ol Ruby Tuesday's. Well nothing physically, the salad bar sits empty as you walk in. The employees are having a good time at a table by the door and they'll keep returning there. There were 2 sets of customers besides my party. They brought out some rolls that were dripping in grease but were flavorless. We did not receive plates, napkins or utensils so I ended up taking them from another table after waiting for someone to come back. The food was bland and did not taste fresh or homemade. They did check on us a few times but when I was the last one in the restaurant I had to find someone sitting in a hidden table to pay my bill.
My husband and I went here for lunch and I was highly impressed as was my husband. I have to say he's a hard man to please but we both left full and so happy with the atmosphere in the place everyone was so friendly. Also we love the soothing music that they were playing.
I’m giving 5-stars to help weight the average score because we almost didn’t try this place because it was underrated. We came for Mother’s Day (after a hike) and we walked right in and got a table. Our waitress was admittedly not very observant or particularly attentive but it was also Mother’s Day and busy. The calamari was excellent, the cheese bread was great and we all enjoyed our entrees. It is definitely “American-Italian” style but everything was very tasty and the portions were very generous. The Alfredo needs a bit more salt but there was salt on the table. The tiramisu was a good sized portion but maybe just needed a bit more custard. There’s a few opportunities for improvement, but overall this place was very good and was a lot better quality than Olive Garden.
First time here, we had Cajun pasta. I was NOT impressed. Sauce was bland. Looked and tasted like something commercially available in a can instead of fresh made. I've had better box meals from the grocery store shelf. I've had Cajun pasta from a LOT of places and this would not make my top ten. Probably won't be back.
Food quality was good but there nearly no taste. Chicken Alfredo needed to be salted to taste anything, just mediocre if it was $10 but it was $17 so it sucked. Bread that’s included wasn’t anything to write home about. Ceasar salad was pretty good.
