If I could give zero stars I would. They do not give a crap if your order is right or when you ask for something like mild sauce, they do not put it in the freaking bag and then when you get home and realize that there is no mild sauce in the bag and then on top of that they get your order wrong. You say no lettuce they put lettuce on it anyway I mean they need to be shut down or everybody in there needs to be fired and have a whole new management team and the line team.can

Never even got my food. Lady at the counters talked to her friend about her old job almost the whole time I was there, instead of helping the slow people in the back. I waited 20-25 minutes before asking for a refund. The only good thing about this trip was the manager politely refunded my order.

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I try my best to give the benefit of the doubt but we are new to the area and frequent Taco Bell’s drive thru, and delivery. Food is constantly missing, customer service is hardly apologetic. Mind you, this has happened more than twice in the last month. Would you believe me if I said SIX items were forgotten today? Out of this order alone.

I've eaten here off and on for 6 year and I always stay at Econo lodge behind Taco Bell and a I drive a diesel truck so I walk up to the window cause doors are always locked after 9 or 10 but have always been served. All the sudden the nighttime manager says they can't serve me unless I'm in a car. I told them I had eaten there the week before and was given food....Absolutely ridiculous I wasn't served as many times as I have ordered the same way in the past
