Teach the larger person with the big brimmed glasses at drive through to listen. Please. They didn't ask me if I needed sauce when I order, so I said asked them for mild sauce with the order. When I got to the window, I asked again as I paid. I got the food, and there was a car behind, so I didn't check. My mistake. I got 40 miles down the road and stopped to eat. Wouldn't you know that there were ZERO sauces in the bag. And the nearest taco bell was 22 miles away. There $18.02 down the drain.

Self-service might be convenient and help reduce long lines, but it has also hurt customer service. Since most people use the kiosks, the employees don’t even come near the cashier area. I went up there three times just to ask for napkins, but everyone stayed in the back. I was the only customer there and still no one came out. Even the cleanliness isn’t that good since nobody comes to the front. I ended up finishing my food without napkins.

Saturday October 11th went in store nobody up front seen somebody tried getting their attention got ignored ordered off app all the sudden full staff most highly annoyed happened around 3:30-3:40 pm

The only issue I ever have here is the fact that they never have anything to drink. The fountain machine is always out of 75% of what they serve. I always end up leaving with a cup of water and I don't feel that I should be charged for that. I came here 2 months ago. They're out of soda. I came here today. They're still out of soda. I don't understand. They need to put a sign up that says we don't serve drinks here just water.

They were short staffed today but the staff there was diligent. Even when a ridiculous Karen in her oversized sunglasses was berating them, the staff stayed professional and kind. Good job guys!!

This place is the literal worst. I PAID for extra tomatoes and beef on my Crunchwrap and the whole wrap was just 3x more tomatoes than normal and still the same TEASPOON of beef that you get when you don’t order and PAY FOR extra. And then the two times I’ve gone before this there’s been something completely missing from my order. Don’t know why I even bother going back to this dump.

The workwrs were very friendly..the food was great.. excellent service..
Ordered a large drink in app. Got to window and was told they were out. Gave me a single small instead. Asked for a medium to go with it and cashier was rude and said they were out of medium as well. I could clearly see the medium cups. I asked for a small to go with my other small to at least make it a medium. He rudely obliged me. Had an attitude as well when I asked for napkins since I didn’t get any in the first place.

This is the worst Taco Bell you can eat at I just got the crunchy chicken burrito it is about 3 inches long 2 little pices pf chicken on it and a hand full of cabbage I got this and a pintos and cheese and it was almost 8 dollars so i paid that much for a shell with nothing hardly on it they need to be closed down

I have to say this location of Taco Bell was one of the best ones I have had in a while! The food was so hot and fresh. Plus they filled my tacos and Flatbread chicken with enough meat to actually taste and fill a person up. The staff was super friendly which is always a plus in my opinion and the restaurant was super clean and well-kept. I will definitely be back anytime I pass through the area.

Now imagine this, it's late at night and you're hungry but every other store is a let down then just as you're giving up hope you find this amazing place. We got freshly cooked tacos that were absolutely perfect and overall just an amazing experience so thank you
