If I could rate a 0 I would went to taco bell and received this as a steak quesadia, you can tell there's not much meat in it and it's all gather at the bottom

I’ve been here a few times. It’s something of an oddity to find someone to take your order here. Dispite the kiosks I didn’t have my card with me today and wanted to pay cash. I waited for quite a while for anyone to even acknowledge I was in the restaurant. This was today March 20 at 1:00pm. After about 15 minutes of waiting around and the place not very busy. I decided to go somewhere else. It’s a shame because this is one of the nicest Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Probably won’t be coming back. Jasper is a regular stopping point for me every week. They definitely lost my buissness :(

Cheap place to eat but very sketchy about Health bacteria in general in my experience. Maybe everybody else is not seen it but it's a little unruly after 11:00 in and out the door smoking in and out the door going here doing this doing that it's way too much to be doing at a restaurant that cooks food. But there are some really nice people that work there. The vibe ruins it, for sure.

I would say good customer service as the attendant was kind and courteous, however, since good food is part of customer service, something that's been forgotten or people who are paid for it just don't care anymore, then no, the service was horrendous because the food was. Chalupa shells are supposed to be soft and fresh not 3 days old and the burrito tortilla, well there's only so much you can do with an inferior product. If you have to serve garbage to afford to stay in business, I think I'd go out of business, unless you're alright with people thinking you're a slob who eats this muck.
You can't get a person for help. Portions are extremely small so you have to order and pay for meat, lettuce and tomatoes, etc. They might have it or they might not have it. They even lowered how much sauce is in a single packet. There is nothing supreme about their supreme offerings.

Waited 30 minutes for a remake on one taco night staff always sucks will not ever be back here it’s going down hill almost as bad as the one in jasper customer service also sucks! My grilled cheese burrito had no cheese on the out side and I got a regular taco instead of a DLT which I had ordered.

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito that came with missing ingredients. This burrito cost more than the regular beef burrito. It came without the cheese grilled on it. They never mentioned a problem making it until I asked if they gave me the wrong item. They said they did not have the cheese to grill on it. They said sorry but that was all they could do. It tasted really spice because they filled it with their spicy cheese sauce. I was disappointed in the handling of this and lack of restitution. I chose to leave a review instead of arguing.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.
