Ok you have to understand this is a Waffle House not a 5 Star restaurant. With that said the food was prepared as I ask ot to be and the waitress was friendly and attentive. The inside was clean. Overall a great experience for Waffle House.

For only being in Alabama for an hourish, I sure felt comfy at Waffle House quickly. Food was served quickly with a smile and talked with almost everyone there (early so less than 10 peeps) like it was my spot.
Absolutely love coming here and love the wait staff we go weekly and it’s always amazing

Stopped in last Sunday night around 11:00 pm after leaving a concert in Birmingham food was good service was good but as I we was leaving the waitress stopped us at the door to question us about her service which was fine but proceeded to let us know that we did not leave her a tip which was rude normally I do Leave a tip but I simply just didn’t have the extra cash you don’t just call people out for not leaving a tip you don’t there situation

I m a bigrig driver and i always wanted to stop by a waffle house , after 15 years of wanting to try it i finally went to the one in Jasper AL , BAD idea , i took ovee 30 mnts. And they had not even started my order , i tolled em i had to leave because they took too long , didnt even say sorry , paid for my coffee and left ?

3 women attacked one of my friends and kept harassing people there and were not made to leave. unacceptable behavior and the employees/managers didn’t do anything to stop it.

It wasn't crowded, so seating was good. Peppy atmosphere was happening with music playing from the jukebox. Service was fast and order was correct. I enjoyed the most fantastic fiesta omelet and hashbrowns! All the cooks and servers were extremely polite and professional. Nice conversationalists at this store. I can't remember the names of everyone, but my server was Heath. I noticed that he was very attentive to not only me and the other customers in his section, but to everyone he came in contact with. All of the employees were. I will definitely be back, but I am looking forward to the other Jasper Waffle House reopening.
Only people in the restaurant... was told there would be a 20min wait. The server acted like she had never waited tables before. Had to ask for things several times, forgot several items ordered, didn't clear the table or offer refills. They were cleaning the floors the whole time we ate, right beside us & dragging chairs so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. Then we had to ask for our to go order multiple times while they argued over who was going to cook it. Surprisingly, the food wasn't bad, but still not good enough to ignore the terrible experience.
