We used the drive through, I had to repeat my order several and they still got everything but the drinks wrong. I went inside to get one of the items exchanged for the correct burger. The lady working the counter was very nice and appalagetic. They made that sandwich right, it wasn't until later we found the other one wasn't right.

I love Wendy's in Jasper Al. I will drive 30 min to get there just for their sweet ice tea. I drove that drive to be disappointed. Corporate has put a machine in for the tea. Disgusting. Please 🙏 I bed of u to bring back the tea that u had! Very disappointed. If I knew Dave or Wendy id complain to them personally! Signed a very disappointed loyal Jasper Al Wendy's customer!! BRING BACK THE TEA!!

Always great service and food when we come here. Only fast food still left with healthy choices on the menu. Gotta love that chili!!!

My husband and I ate dinner around 4:30 and left extremely satisfied. He got the triple cheeseburger combo and I got the double cheeseburger combo. The burgers were hot and delicious. The fries were hot and spot on, as always. We were served by a super friendly staff and they keep a clean and tidy dining room. A++ food and service! Jasper, Al

WORST SERVICE!!!!! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR TACO SALAD... ASKED IF IT HAD MEAT (ESPECIALLY PORK/BACON.) SHE SAID NO. I REPEATED MYSELF X3. TOLD HER NO BACON... NO CHICKEN.. MANY PPL DONT EAT PORK BUT WILL EAT CHICKEN. I GET THAT. IT WAS LATE & DARK. I GER HOME & SALAD WAS COVERED IN MEAT. SO I CALL UP THERE MANAGER PRETENDS NOT HERE ME HANGS UP. I END UP CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES. SHE HANGS UP SEVERAL TIMES. THIS CONTINES TO HAPPEN. I EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE. IM NOT ONE FOR FAST FOOD. BUT YOU WOULD THINK YOU COULDN'T GO WRONG ON A SALAD. I REALLY HATE TO COMPLAIN. JUST FEEL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO DO THE RIGHT THING, CUSTOMERS WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY$$$ AND EVEN FOR A SALAD IT COST$$$

Cashier was new but I've worked food before and completely understand. Take your time darlin, you got this and don't let unruly customers thatsnever worked food get you down. Food was fresh and my order was made correctly. Love you guys, keep up the amazing work ❤️

This is the second time in a week that my husband & I have tried to get food from this location well before closing. They won't answer the drive thru intercom & if you drive up to the window to try to get their attention they will look right at you & continue to ignore you. We have had to cancel both orders through the app since they refuse to acknowledge anybody. We will both be deleting our apps & will not eat Wendy's again after these experiences.

Overall everything was good. Every time you go through the drive thru it’s awful. The wait is at least 20 min or longer.

The inside dining area is closed most weekdays after 5. I’m sure it’s a staffing problem but they need to shut it down completely or post a big sign on the door where you can see it before parking and going up to the door and the lose your place in the drive thru lane. Oh well, left Wendy’s and went up the street to Chick-fil-a where I should have gone to start with.

Slow service when we came through at around 1:00 pm on Saturday. Since the Sprinter doesn't fit through the drive through, we parked and I used the Wendy's app to order a baked potato with cheese, two Junior Cheese Burger Deluxes and a small fries. I waited about five minutes then popped inside.

Order not ready yet. I had plenty of time to visit the men's room (decent), view the dining room (clean except one table) and scoop up some napkins and a fork from the condiments table (stocked). It was about ten more minutes and then my name was called. Slow.

On the plus side, the potato was excellent and the burgers were assembled properly. Fries were hot but underdone.

Vegetarian options: Fries. Potato. Some salads.

Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.

Parking: Easy parking for the sprinter van.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu.
