This is the second time in a week that my husband & I have tried to get food from this location well before closing. They won't answer the drive thru intercom & if you drive up to the window to try to get their attention they will look right at you & continue to ignore you. We have had to cancel both orders through the app since they refuse to acknowledge anybody. We will both be deleting our apps & will not eat Wendy's again after these experiences.

Overall everything was good. Every time you go through the drive thru it’s awful. The wait is at least 20 min or longer.

The inside dining area is closed most weekdays after 5. I’m sure it’s a staffing problem but they need to shut it down completely or post a big sign on the door where you can see it before parking and going up to the door and the lose your place in the drive thru lane. Oh well, left Wendy’s and went up the street to Chick-fil-a where I should have gone to start with.

Slow service when we came through at around 1:00 pm on Saturday. Since the Sprinter doesn't fit through the drive through, we parked and I used the Wendy's app to order a baked potato with cheese, two Junior Cheese Burger Deluxes and a small fries. I waited about five minutes then popped inside.

Order not ready yet. I had plenty of time to visit the men's room (decent), view the dining room (clean except one table) and scoop up some napkins and a fork from the condiments table (stocked). It was about ten more minutes and then my name was called. Slow.

On the plus side, the potato was excellent and the burgers were assembled properly. Fries were hot but underdone.

Vegetarian options: Fries. Potato. Some salads.

Dietary restrictions: Ask about allergens.

Parking: Easy parking for the sprinter van.

Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access.

Floor near the drink dispenser was flooded and my feet hit soaked through my shoes. Not a pleasant experience.

The food was pretty good but my buffalo chicken nuggets were kinda mid and service was great but same thing with the atmosphere as it was with the food it kind of was good but also could use some upgrading

We door dashed. My food was not really even warm. I hate to blame them when there was a third party involved. But, maybe work on something better for food delivery as far as keeping food hot?

I ordered my son this New "Krabby Patty burger".. for the meal it was 11.60. Now I'm not one to complain. I went through drive-thru. But my son's burger was unacceptable. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Especially when you live 30 mins away. I am sooo disappointed cause we do love Wendy's. Ya'll need to do better please ?? ?
