Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

First time to eat here, everything was great. Chicken was awesome not dry,and the coleslaw oh yeah liked it all. highly recommend this place. Zanbys I'll be back.

I have one word to describe these meals
NASTY!!! I’ll never spend another penny on this disgusting unpalatable food!! Soggy fries, the salad had a strange twang that wasn’t supposed to be in this salad. The bread was soggy! The Cold slaw was hot!! Nothing was good!! The chicken was nothing to write home about!!
I won’t be back! Too many places to choose from! This one has been taken off the list!
There was a humongous puddle in the middle of the floor. There was a wet floor sign next to it. No effort had been made to clean it up. I mentioned it twice to 2 different people, mentioning how dangerous it was to leave it there. After rolling their eyes at me, she quips, “that’s what the wet floor sign is for! Are you kidding me?? If I hadn’t glanced down when I came in the door and saw the huge puddle, I would’ve been taken to the hospital instead of trying to explain we older people don’t mend as fast as young folks!! Can you say law suit?? They are definitely asking for it! Not to mention the pain and suffering some poor soul will have to suffer for their lazy incompetence!!

I went around 1 or so an the poor drive thru girl you could tell she was having a bad day an her coworkers were just ignoring her an acting like she wasn’t even there an you could see in her eyes she just wanted to cry an call it a day my heart felt so bad for her coworkers should look out for each other an make each other feel heard I just hope her day got better an that they treated her better

I just paid almost $14 for the Mr Beast meal and there was nothing beastly about it,3 very small over-cooked tenders,a handful of soggy fries and a few little chicken nugs I guess it was is not a beastly meal! I wish I would've demanded my money back bc it tasted awful. NO MORE ZAXBYS FOR ME!!!

We loved the New Shrimp and the new Zaxtail sauce! Got them with the Chicken finger plate with teriyaki sauce and it was all EXCELLENT!!!
