Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They put buffalo sauce on my salad no warning signs or anything to indicate they do it and I’m allergic. Day ruined never going back after this.

Very nice staff, 👌 we were served 😀 promptly and the food was delicious 😋! I had a 🥗 salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing. She had chicken Fingers dinner. All was.good, pricing acceptable, staff friendly, store clean. What's not to like? See for yourself. Nuff said..

The “bbq” wings I ordered were more like plain breaded no sauce wings. Could’ve been better in my opinion. The first couple of times I tried this place after renovation were good. Seems to already be going down hill with sloppy service.

My order was not correct. I specifically said no onions or peppers due to food allergies and my food was covered. Paid 15 bucks for something I can not eat. The kitchen staff did not pay attention to the order ticket. Being busy is no excuse for not making an order correctly.

Paid for an extra Zac sauce to get this. The whole point of going through a drive thru is not having to get out of my car but when they can’t even give you a straw with your drink and you have to get out anyways it’s a huge inconvenience. I’ll go back to Carl cannon before I ever go back here.

Dirty looking workers with greasy hair cooking the food. Then they picked up the box and laid it against their shirt. The front cashiers apparently thinks this is beauty school because they can't keep their hands out of the others hair running their fingers through it as they walk past them. When did a kids meal start coming with FOUR FRIES. New building didn't change anything.

People were great and service good....this location for a new build, is sooo boring. It doesn't have that chicken coop feeling. Modern art chicken wings paintings! Are you serious? All the zaxbys I've been to for over 20 years has an antique feeling. Where is the jasper /Birmingham retro or at least sports. The wall are blank...please tell me you are not done decorating. Wings need to be bigger or people are going to full moon or pucketts.

I was just fired after working here for 2 days. The General Manager is named Babette Collins. They fired me for having an opinion about cheese bites. This store is a joke. Go to the other Zaxbys on Carl Cannon Blvd.
P.s. we called and also got audio recording of her stating the exact same verbatim. team members? More like the manager being a bully and using her “title” for superiority when it’s not much more than the crew members she speaks lowly on.

First time to eat here, everything was great. Chicken was awesome not dry,and the coleslaw oh yeah liked it all. highly recommend this place. Zanbys I'll be back.

I have one word to describe these meals
NASTY!!! I’ll never spend another penny on this disgusting unpalatable food!! Soggy fries, the salad had a strange twang that wasn’t supposed to be in this salad. The bread was soggy! The Cold slaw was hot!! Nothing was good!! The chicken was nothing to write home about!!
I won’t be back! Too many places to choose from! This one has been taken off the list!
There was a humongous puddle in the middle of the floor. There was a wet floor sign next to it. No effort had been made to clean it up. I mentioned it twice to 2 different people, mentioning how dangerous it was to leave it there. After rolling their eyes at me, she quips, “that’s what the wet floor sign is for! Are you kidding me?? If I hadn’t glanced down when I came in the door and saw the huge puddle, I would’ve been taken to the hospital instead of trying to explain we older people don’t mend as fast as young folks!! Can you say law suit?? They are definitely asking for it! Not to mention the pain and suffering some poor soul will have to suffer for their lazy incompetence!!
