Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Mere words aren't good enough to describe how unbelievably disgusting my food was.

Everything was cold. The fries were extremely salty and practically frozen cold.

The sandwich seemed like is was sitting in the warmer for hours. The bun was hard as a rock.

All of my food felt like it was made hours ago and it was almost inedible. I have a high tolerance for bad food and I threw some of it away.

Never again shall I return to this abysmal place.

I ordered a 10-piece chicken fingers and a side of fried pickles to-go. I realized halfway down the road that they gave a side of bread and a pile of fries! I don’t eat bread or fries so basically I paid $20 for some bird food. I am so hangry right now, they get 1 star for taking my money and leaving me hungry.

I ate here.... I don't get to excited about chicken... It's just chicken... Ate it inside.... I farted really loudly and accidentally pooped my pants while sitting.... I was wearing light tan pants and tried to make it to the restroom before it poured down my legs.... But it didn't go my way.... Pants and myself were soiled badly and everyone, even the employees were laughing at me.... I was not happy...

Every item ordered was wrong. Ordered 2 signature sandwiches add tomato and lettuce (and was up charged for them) one without sauce. Got no tomato both had sauces. We ordered meals and weren’t given fries. The wait was also very unreasonable.

Told me it'd be 15 minutes before taking my order then took the cars order RIGHT behind me. Got BACK in line and had to wait 5 minutes for my order to even be taken. Asked for extra peach syrup in my tea and not only was there no extra syrup but I didn't even get the extra fries instead of coal slaw. I only have one lunch break and this restaurant has ruined it completely.

they opened at 10 and we got there at 10:36 and they never answered the drive thru and we sat there for 10 mins. then we tried to go in and they had the doors shut.

First I wait forever in line(just me in line), slings my bag of food at me, then finally hands me my drink, THEN MY $90 CHANGE. I get half way home to realize I have no sauce. Guess they ran out of boxes too. Fries and chicken were really old. It's like the fries were wet. Went back to get my sauce and it was like I'd walked into the club. Rap music blaring from the back louder than wht was trying to play through the store speakers. I ask for my sauce and ketchup and apparently that was too much for Jamichael because after handing me it and telling me I was STUPID FOR NOT ASKING FOR IT AT THE WINDOW THAT A ZAX SNAK DOESNT COME WITH ZAX SAUCE he proceeds to come around the counter and get up in my face throwing his arms up at me!! SOMEONE REALLY NEEDS TO LOOK AT THE CAMERAS FROM 8PM ON 5/13 and get ahold of me. Please ask your girl in the blue shirt to wash her mouth out talking like that to people and threatening to knock them out as they are walking them chest to chest pushing them out the door. THE FOOTAGE IS THERE. This will not just be 'let go'. I've never been so afraid trying to get food.
