So the lady at the cashier was really sweet, food was really good, main issue is the lady working there tall with the blond hair in the lobby cuddling with her significant other in the booth in the lobby with a space heater on top of the table, had a marijuana pin sitting out in the open, vaping in the restaurant lobby complaining every time she had to answer her head set or actually do her job. Was kissing her boyfriend in the lobby in front of my 5 year old which is extremely rude and disrespectful my child even asked me why that lady was kissing a boy and said ewwww and needless to say was lucky my child was with me…period!

The waiter was very rude. The debit card machine wouldn't work, so we handed her a $100 bill, which was all we had and she handed it back and said have a good day. She was already fussing with another lady that worked there. Her and my husband and neice had some words. We left and went to Jack's next door.

The food was great. The service is always spotty here. Most of the staff are quite rude and unwilling to be helpful. The worst part is that, the past 2 times we've been there, employees have their small children there, as a daycare. Their little kids are running around, bothering customers, and even running back into the kitchen area. Employees are not supposed to bring their kids there, all day, to utilize the restaurant as a daycare. Very unprofessional, and a real nuisance to customers.

Service at this location is horrible. Food is hit and miss at best. Take my advice and skip this Burger King. There's a Burger King three exit south and one exit North. Both locations are way better and actually care about their customers.

The blonde cashier with the glasses was so rude. I thought it was just a bad day for her last week but she is not meant for customer service. She acted like she didn't understand my order and started huffing and puffing like a blowfish when she had to work. Food was sloppy and cold! Fries were awful. Even though I was the only customer it took her 15 minutes to get a burger and fries. No special order. Wth!! The bathrooms were the most disgusting thing in the whole place. I would hate to tour the kitchen. I will not be back!!

Very good tasting food delivered quickly and to order. My only complaint was the soda machine. I wanted Sprite but some dark soda kept coming out also. Then I tried the Coke and it was all fizzy. Staff was very friendly and patient with a difficult customer after me. Restaurant and bathroom were clean and well stocked.
