This is one of my favorite stops . The food is good and this service is excellent. To me, coming from a small town, Jacks should always be good southern food and great hospitality. And this one is all that .I didn't get the ladys name that waited on me but she was so sweet .And the man that gave me my food took time to see if I needed anything else . I can 💯 best Jacks I have been in lately. And let me tell you I know my Jacks .

I hate to have to update my review to be in the negative but on this visit the food was cold, the dining room was dirty and the bathroom was beyond disgusting and filthy with broken fixtures and overall just nasty. If they had put as much effort into making the food as they did to decorate the place for Halloween, it would be a nice place to eat. But if my experience today is any indication of how things are going here, I would pass this Jack’s by. Hopefully I will someday be able to say again what I said three years ago:
“Despite the restaurant being understaffed, the service was friendly and fast and our food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Thank you all very much!”
