Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it seems that it’s a problem either my food ain’t fresh or they act like they don’t know what they’re supposed to do up in there. I work at a fast food restaurant and it’s a shame that every time when I come up here Half of the time, I feel be not all the way done cooked or I spend a lot of money and they don’t smile or nothing. They have attitudes and they when you tell them that something is wrong. They want to get mad with you. The manager is up in there when you get cocky with you This McDonald’s down here in Jemison need too close

2nd time going in 2 weeks. Fries were warmish, nuggets were cold. Ice cream is grainy and not smooth, as if it were made with water. The hot fudge wasn't hot, and it came from a tiny pump. Service was poor, no manners. I've been in restaurants for many years, and this restaurant needs better FOH training. If I were a secret shopper, they would've failed everything except SOS. The speed of service was decent, but they really need to improve order quality and guest experiences. And if management doesn't care, then the crew won't either.

This place is horrible AND they do not answer their phone. I sent my nephew door dash from North Carolina and they sent him 2 cheeseburgers WITH NO PATTY ON EITHER. Door dash said they couldnt do anything about it. Somebody is giving me my money back. The only good reviews this place has are from employees/managers at the store. Horrible!

It’s MIND BLOWING that this location has the rating it has, I’ve sat numerous times in the drive through for over 20+ minutes. And today was the end all be all for me… 30+ minutes WAITING for the drive through person to take an order!!! It’s ridiculous the level of service this place has… complete trash
We ordered through door dash and had 2 drivers cancel. The kids in the drive thru window couldn't get off her phone. My order was made at 9:02 pm it's now 11:34 my 2nd dasher just left. The order was canceled on both ends. Jemison needs to get their act together

Stopped here during a 30-minute lunch break. Went in and ordered at the kiosk. 17 minutes later still had not received my food. Refund requested and left hungry. Won't be back.
