On 05/21/2025, I roll through the Jemison McDonald’s drive thru at 6:25PM. Lady at the window, had a serious attitude problem and looks like she would rather be anywhere else other than where she was at (delivery window, not the window you pay)
She was a super smart ass with me, so I am assuming other people have been complaining to her or has said something about her horrible attitude due to the fact she was fed up when I dish her back the face full of crap she was dishing at me!!!

Went by a week ago some Friday night service was great Mr Gavin is the best! He handed out my order quickly and was the only one up front. Will go again with workers like that!

The service and quality has sadly gone downhill. This used to be the best Mcdonald’s in Chilton County but it has since lost its title. The food is always best whenever the teenagers are working. The service is always slow when it’s the adults. The food quality has been terrible the past month or so. I went to go get the Minecraft meal for my sister and I and the nuggets were soggy, light colored, and undercooked. I went back today to try the new chicken strips and see if the nuggets tasted any better and it was all bad. The strips had a rubber-like texture and the nuggets tasted stale.

Im sitting waiting on my food for an hour and I order online but guess gay dude back in McDonald’s and making things slower

Ordered through the app. Got to the drive-thru, and the line did not move for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, the girl said they were having issues if with the drive-thru if I wanted to come inside. I guess I should have told her I had a mobile order, so that's a lesson learned. Inside the line was about 5 deep and people waiting on food. When I finally got to the cashier and showed her my mobile order, she had to go find someone else. That person had to go back to the drive-thru computer and entered the order. Apparently, they actually wait till you are in line to make your order just like Chick-fil-A. 30 minutes after arriving, I finally had food. The happy meals were great, and the mcdouble combo with chicken nuggets was a gut bomb. But that's my fault for knowing better.

McDonald's trying to make up for the $1 fry deal. Now it's $1.39 with purchase and they don't even fill up the box. Not even one fry in the bottom of the bag either. Imagine if paid regular $5 and getting this fry😬

I went through the drive thru on 4/2/25 wher I sit for 27 minutes without it moving at all only to get my order and nothing about it was correct. Pathetic!

The food was fresh, the service was fast, but the restroom was smelling. It needed an air freshener. After I told them they cleaned and freshened it up.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s they always say “we’re not making frappes at this time” I’m not even sure what that means. It would be one thing if it only happened once but it had literally happened the past 3 times I have went.

The food was great and the staff was friendly. We went through the drive-through and had to wait for hot fries. It was worth the wait.

I got their new chicken sandwich which I asked them what was on it and they said lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise. it had a piece of chicken and pickles and the chicken had so much gristle in it. you could not even eat it. That's it I am not eating there again.
