Ordered through the app. Got to the drive-thru, and the line did not move for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, the girl said they were having issues if with the drive-thru if I wanted to come inside. I guess I should have told her I had a mobile order, so that's a lesson learned. Inside the line was about 5 deep and people waiting on food. I got their new chicken sandwich which I asked them what was on it and they said lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayonnaise. it had a piece of chicken and pickles and the chicken had so much gristle in it. you could not even eat it. That's it I am not eating there again.
Cathen was the man!!! We had issues accessing the building, but his kindness broke the customer service barrier, as he gave us one-on-one care. Literally the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Thanks for making my day better Cathen!
