2nd time going in 2 weeks. Fries were warmish, nuggets were cold. Ice cream is grainy and not smooth, as if it were made with water. The hot fudge wasn't hot, and it came from a tiny pump. Service was poor, no manners. I've been in restaurants for many years, and this restaurant needs better FOH training. If I were a secret shopper, they would've failed everything except SOS. I asked for a large meal I got a large fry and a medium drink. The meat on one sandwich was old and dried out. You could not read the receipt. They only had 3 employees. They should have better managers.
Ordered through the app. Got to the drive-thru, and the line did not move for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, the girl said they were having issues if with the drive-thru if I wanted to come inside.
